I was excited to enroll my kids in private tennis lessons with Coach V, but unfortunately, scheduling has been a challenge. Communication has been inconsistent, and despite multiple attempts to coordinate, we were unable to set up a structured lesson plan and have not even started one single class even though we have prepaid for the lesson package. I understand that coach can be busy, but clear and timely responses are important for parents trying to plan their children’s activities. I hope Coach V can improve in this area because he seems knowledgeable, and we would have loved the opportunity to work with him.

The coach had a good and solid understanding of tennis technique and form, but his professionalism was lacking. There were frequent cancellations and poor communication from the very start. Eventually, I became tired of the back-and-forth and the lack of reliability and didn't finish the lessons. If you're looking for consistent lessons, I would recommend finding someone else to avoid the hassle.

Thank you for your reply. However, I would like to clarify that there was a persistent pattern of cancellations that was not always about weather, health, or travel-related issues. I made considerable efforts to accommodate these changes, frequently adjusting my schedule to align with the coach’s last-minute cancellations. Additionally, I often had to take the initiative to plan and schedule lessons, as communication from the business end was lacking. This created the impression that teaching was not a priority or that the business did not have the capacity to consistently train students. Any urgency to schedule lessons only surfaced when I expressed dissatisfaction, but the cycle of inconsistency would soon resume.

To enhance the client experience, I recommend implementing a scheduling app and addressing the frequency of non-essential cancellations. I share this feedback with the intention of helping your business better serve future clients. My daugther started tennis classes with Coach V. I am impressed with her results. Training with Coach V it is constant work on correct body positioning of each tennis hit, physical training, some game elements. He focuses on all direction of the development like physial, personal. Great work!

Coach V has been teaching my 4y.o daughter for the past 6 months. He was able to not only teach her the proper technics and tennis basics, but also make her love tennis and enjoy every training lesson. We are so happy that we found the best coach in town.
