The workout itself is great, effective, and fast, as advertised. However the real gold in this place are the trainers. These folks are happy to accommodate changing schedules or needs. They customize your workouts as well as cover the basics. They pay attention to the form of each client and cheer you on every rep even in a group environment!
3 months later and I'm visibly seeing and definitely feeling significantly more fit. Thanks yall for helping me see my strength training goals finally being reached.

The Perfect Workout has literally been the perfect workout for me. This program gets the job done in only 20 minutes and you don't have to change into workout gear. I'm extremely happy with the results, it is by far the best exercise/strength training I have ever done.

I love the perfect workout. It has been fantastic for me building muscle, but also the convenience and quick workout is unbeatable. Additionally, every trainer I have worked with has been exceptionable. Pefect Workout studio once a week for 5 months. The personal trainers are professional, knowledgeable and motivate you to do your best in each session. I feel good about the progress in body strength and muscle toning.

I’ve always been athletic and considered myself in pretty good shape. At 70, I was suddenly in caretaker mode with my husband and after a year of a completely different routine, I gained 10 lbs. When I was able to get a little control over my time, I signed up with perfect workout in an effort to improve several aspects of my health. My goals are: strengthen core, lower cholesterol, improve bone density, lose some pounds, overall get back on track with my own health.
I’m into my 5th month at perfect workout and am feeling much stronger and better about myself in general. I look forward to my annual checkup and feel sure I’ll see big changes.

Great place to have a quick and effective workout! Has really increased my strength. Huge bonus is that there are also amazing trainers you can train with via zoom when traveling (my fave is Sophia). Great for anyone with a busy life. The trainers are also great with making sure you have good form and working with any injuries you have.

I do not like working out. Never have.
Helping my 80 yr old mother as she struggles with strength and balance and as I feel my own body weakening, I was inspired to try strength training. When I saw a that the perfect workout was only 20 min, I decided to try it. I have now been going twice a week for over six months. I still don’t love working out but I love the results. I definitely feel stronger and I’m able to move better and ache less.
The trainers here are great! Great motivators, knowledgeable and caring of individual needs.

I've had a stellar experience with The Perfect Workout so far. The workout is effective and, most importantly for me, efficient. The machines cut 2-3 hours in the gym down to 40 minutes a week for two full workouts. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. I already feel stronger going into my second month of training.
