I mostly train at home, but Fat Chance Fitness is the one place I’ll actually leave the house for. Real strongman/powerlifting workouts can happen here (we’re talking tire flips and car pushes), real support when you need it if you’re a beginner, and a solid crew that makes you want to push harder and explore more fitness endeavors. It’s gritty, it’s solid, and it genuinely feels like a second home. 🥰 Thanks, Chance! Excellent work! 😎🙌🏽

Chance did a great job it's a real gym not frilly or with broken machines. Staff is great. Clean and smells like a gym gym, a clean gym. Thank God for the one. This gym is definitely the only gym I'll be using. You did good with it Chance.

I have never experienced a gym with such active and supportive community. The people here rally behind each other, no matter what the goal is. This gym is very inclusive and truly has something for everyone. If you are on the fence about joining, come check it out and see for yourself, you won’t regret it.

A very family oriented gym that Fannin County needed. The owner and staff are friendly and support busy gym members bringing their older children to the gym in the afternoon when daycares are closed. They offer indoor and outdoor workout areas with 24 hour access and the owner posts his personal phone number and answers phone calls for members should you have any questions or issues. This gym needs more than 5 stars!

Chance the owner is the absolute best gym owner I have encountered! He is very good to our son whereas the other gyms in town are not child friendly whatsoever. This gym offered everything I need or could ever desire. The gyms as a whole is a blessing to our community!

I love the judgement free zone type atmosphere here. I’m impressed with the organization and cleanliness of this gym. If I have a question I get quick response on the Facebook page. Staff and management are welcoming and kind. The different areas in the gym and equipment allow for so many different workout styles. My favorite is the functional training area. Differently a 5 star gym.
