FemCore is such a welcoming community! From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel comfortable and supported. It’s also the perfect place to push yourself and really test your limits. Classes with Yen are no joke… she’ll have you questioning life in the best way 😂 but you’ll always leave feeling stronger and accomplished. Looking to host an event in a beatiful space? Not only is Femcore Fitness an incredible gym to work out in, it is also a perfect space for holding fun event. Linda (owner and trainer) and Daniela (trainer) along with some other fellow Helms Elementary parents hosted an icredibly elegant and fun party: a Brigerton themed party where we learned how to assemble a charcuterie board taught by Gabby's Table. They assembled long tables all together with gorgeous decor and delicious food and drinks for us to enjoy while we enjoyed interacting and meeting other women in our communities, along with fellow school community moms, while we learned how to assemble a beautiful and healthy charcuterie board. It was such a fun and yummy event. They put so much thought and work into making this a beautiful event. We had fun dressing up and selecting our Brigerton era new name we would be known by during the party! :)

Great class! Approachable but still a good work out! Daniela is great. I’ve been coming for months, pre and post partum and they did a great job of making me feel comfortable working out even deep into third trimester. Gave me modifications when necessary. Some attendees are pregnant, some not. They casually help with form as well, mine has def gotten a bit better.

Clean facility, great workout, friendly people. I took a lower body strength class while visiting the area and it was just what I hoped for. I strength train regularly but didn't want to bother with a traditional gym while traveling, so this one hour class was perfect. You sign up and pay online, show up just before class time, walk in and choose one of the unoccupied individual stations that are set up with weights. The instructor demonstrates each exercise and gives tips if you need them. Appropriate for those newer to strength training and also more experienced because you can adjust the weights to your personal strength.

They consistently challenge me, and thanks to their guidance, I’m back to my pre-baby weight and lifting heavier than ever! Plus, the community here is amazing—I’ve built lasting friendships, and the women are truly supportive.
After finding out I was pregnant, I immediately knew I needed to find a gym to help navigating my prenatal fitness journey. I'm SO thankful everyday that I found Elle Fitness! Joining Elle, it has truly transformed my prenatal fitness journey and has also been so helpful with the overall pregnancy journey. Linda and team are truly amazing. Linda is extremely knowledgeable with prenatal fitness and tailors the exercises depending on the trimester you are in. In her PT sessions, Linda will also work with you on target areas and make sure you are getting the best results to help support you and your baby. Even though my belly is bigger, I am feeling good and getting stronger every week. :)

I really enjoy the style of work out here and the instructors are very nice. Super sets and circuit training are some of my favorite workouts. I have some suggestions for this business though on how to most optimally appeal to the average girl trying to get a good work out in. I am not injured nor am I pregnant. I just feel like this studio runs their classes a bit slower than your average class. For example, if this class was ran with a set amount of time per set, you could easily get another set in during the hour block. I find myself standing around and waiting for a while for the instructor to start the explanation of the next work out because they wait for EVERYONE to finish. I just don’t think that’s necessary. If someone is taking a long time to finish their set, then start the next one. They don’t need to finish all four rounds and have 6 people waiting on them. It’s just not a good use of everyone’s time. Better to leave one person without that last round than six people standing around waiting for them. Not to mention getting your heart rate up and letting it come all the way down is incredibly counterproductive to the end goal as well. There is no mic so it’s REALLY hard to hear and understand the instructors. Over all a great studio and people, just some things they need to work before they become my go to.

I have been attending classes here twice a week for the past six weeks. I was looking for a place to learn strength training to help preserve bone density as I age. The classes are small, only females, there is everything from beginners to advanced and also modifications to your specific body or injuries.
The room is very well ventilated and cool, they also make sure that the place is clean and welcoming for everyone. Hands down one of the top places to workout in the heights.

I joined Femcore Fitness April of 2023. It has been one of the best decisions I could ever make for myself. I visited my PCP in February (2023) and received a very poor report. She said I had below average bone mass and I was in dire need of strength training. So I sought out to find a women's gym that offered personal training....specifically in the Heights area. Linda, the owner, has been working with me for almost a year now. She has a wonderful, energetic personality and is committed to her clients. She creates a customized workout that targets all the areas you feel you need improvement in. I was concerned I wouldn't commit and give up, but I look forward to each session (no matter how sore I am). Here I am a year later with toned legs and arms, and an A+ report from my PCP. I HIGHLY recommend Femcore Fitness, especially if you are like me and want to feel your best!

I took Daniela’s 12p Tuesday class, and it worked me OUT (in a good way). The small group classes were perfect for me because I like the fact Daniela was looking at our form and making sure we were doing everything correctly— a luxury you can’t get in a class of 20+ people. Hands down, one of my best gym experiences in my 30-year fitness journey. I absolutely love weightlifting, but recently decided that I want to become more fit in terms of cardiovascular health and flexibility. However, I’ve always been intimidated by group classes, worried about not catching on, falling behind, and the social aspects of classes. I noticed Elle on my way home from work, read their story and decided to try a class. I’m so glad I did.
The class itself was amazing with a mix weights and cardio in a complete whole-body workout. The owner (and today’s instructor), Linda was great about explaining the exercises and one-on-one coaching each of the women in the class. For me, there were many exercises that were new to me, and I felt comfortable to try and to ask for help.
After class, I had an inspiring chat with Linda about her gym and fitness philosophy. I love how she is so dedicated to women’s fitness and inspiring women to be their best selves. Also, the other woman in the class were really friendly and made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
I’ll definitely be going back and making their group classes part of my regular fitness routine.

I was looking for a prenatal specific gym or instructor to make sure any workouts I was doing were safe for baby and definitely found it here—Linda and the team at Elle are amazing. So knowledgeable in what is safe to do week by week, what I should be doing to prepare for delivery, and always tailoring workouts based on any issues I may be experiencing that day. The gym is clean, with great equipment, and it has also been a nice opportunity to meet other pregnant women and learn from their experiences! Linda also offers postpartum recovery training, so I am already planning ahead for that :D

I've been going to Elle fitness since May. It's a great gym for women. The gym is clean with great motivating trainers. The classes are small so the trainers are able to keep an eye on your form while working out. My strength has definitely improved. The owner Linda is great and truly cares about her clients. Ignore the trolls giving one star that don't even live in the same state and have never tried this gym.

I started at Elle Fitness when I was 6 months pregnant. It became a crucial part of my preparation for labor and regular care of my growing body and baby. Linda is knowledgeable and encouraging in all aspects of fitness, especially those concerning pregnancy. Her breath work also gave me confidence for safe and smooth labor. Attended the mommy and me yoga class (last Saturday of every month) and it was fantastic! I felt like it was a safe place to practice yoga while bonding with my baby and other moms. They ask in the beginning for everyone to say how their bodies are feeling so they can tailor the class accordingly. Felt refreshed and stretched even with the little one needing some attention! Will go again!

Linda is an amazing instructor! I started Elle fitness last week and I am hooked! This is a safe and empowering space to workout with other strong women. Linda makes sures everyone has correct form to avoid injury and she will work with you to alter the exercises if needed. I highly recommend trying out Elle fitness if you are looking for a challenging but rewarding workout.

Wow, this place is exactly what I’ve been needing to restart my fitness journey. Losing weight after baby #2 was a different challenge and finding the energy to take care of myself with two little ones was also taking its toll. I’ve now been to workouts for three weeks and have tried three different trainers including the owner Linda. This place has me so pumped. What a safe space, in a convenient location, to help me reach my fitness goals. I highly recommend trying out a class!
