I wouldn’t recommend this place I went here for about 4 months straight and didn’t spar once not even lightly, I had fun but it more of a place for workouts if your a beginner then actually getting better and coach slacked in teaching defense.

Absolute waste of time and money, a complete scam for people looking to actually compete or fight. They train little to 0 defense and only practice offense. They let no one spar and if you somehow manage to spar, they put you up against an experienced fighter who beats you up and goes 100 percent. Sparring should be about learning. The coach is too focused on his amateur team to even care about anyone else, and the gym is randomly closed with no notice or warning. The coach will also mock you openly(happened to me all the time where I would go to the next round on accident, because I hear another bell, then proceeds the coach to laugh at me and tell me to go back.) I never felt welcomed in this gym and never got treated with respect just belittled and ignored for the most part. Please save your money and go to a different gym to atleast try out because this gym is just keeping you hostage for money and ur time. Thank you fhg “boxing”… wasted my time and money…

I've been going there since January 2023 and it has become a home away from home. Great facility, even better people. Everyone is welcome and the training is very intense. I'm in better shape now than I was when in the Marines. Highly recommend
