I absolutely adore Shannon Cardona, she's an experienced instructor with lots of tips and adjustment ideas. This past Tuesday she led me right to my edge, and even though I didn't think I could make it through class, I did with her encouragement. So, very glad I have this Salado location. On the weekends I go to Morgan's Point because I live in Temple.

Come to Salado and flow! This studio is amazing and the whole Firefly crew is just simply the best. It’s so nice to be a part of something that makes me feel so accepted and un-judged (is that a word?) If you’re on the fence or for whatever reason think you’re not “good enough” to try yoga, trust me you ARE. Especially here. It truly is for everyBODY.

I absolutely love this place! I was so excited when I heard they opened in Salado. I've kinda played around with some yoga moves for a long time and consider myself relatively fit. These classes have helped me become more flexible and stronger physically. I leave with my mind feeling at peace, invigorated, and ready for whatever may come. It has truly helped with deepening my body/mind/spirit connection in ways that were surprising to me. I find myself repeating things I've heard in class to myself, in my mind, when feeling overwhelmed or stressed. Which is so helpful in today's world lol!

As I have started to attempt to deepen my yoga practice, there's just some things that can't be replicated by watching videos and following the moves online vs going to a class in person. The atmosphere and sense of community in the room is amazing. I always feel welcome and safe. Kelly is a wonderful teacher who is patient, kind, and always listens. She is supportive and I've loved every class. There's a time for smiles, laughter, and trying new things. Then there's moments for building yourself up, self reflection, acceptance, and reminders of kindness to yourself and others.

I've truly enjoyed coming here!!! I just wish I had more time to take more classes!!!!

I take Firefly Yoga in Salado and I love it.
Firefly Yoga is an awesome place. All the instructors are very knowledgeable in yoga, they each have their unique style, they care for each student and you can tell they love what they do. This studio is just as welcoming and inclusive of all skill levels as the Morgan's Point location. Some of the same instructors, some new ones, but I always enjoy the classes and am glad for the time spent on my mat here. It's a wonderful environment and community to start or continue your yoga practice, highly recommended you come join us!

For anyone interested in yoga Salado now has a studio. The studio has such a warm welcoming feeling. I felt at such peace when I entered the studio. I highly recommend Firefly yoga & Movement Studio Salado. You won't regret it. Id give it 5+ stars. I've been several times with different instructors and absolutely have enjoyed it each time.

Great studio to begin your yoga journey or further your practice. Very welcoming energy with a caring and loving approach to service. I truly feel each instructor has their own beautiful way of teaching which I find they balance each other out perfectly. The owner is knowledgeable and kind. The studio is very clean with multiple props available to use. There is ample parking. I can't express how much I appreciate and enjoy this studio.

I had the privilege of attending a Holy Yoga class at the new Firefly Yoga location in Salado. The studio is incredibly pretty and peaceful. Beautiful white drapery on the ceiling, soft purple walls and very calming lighting. The Holy Yoga class was calming, inspirational and exactly what I was needing. I definitely will be attending weekly. Highly recommend Firefly Yoga Studios if you are wanting to fill your cup. The owners and instructors are inspirational, knowledgeable and kind. Check it out! You won’t be disappointed.

I love, love, love this yoga studio & thrilled firefly added the very convenient Salado location! I've been to the Salado location 2X & I love it! The instructors ( Kelly & Caroline) were awesome! Great studio for beginners & advanced yoga lovers! Very grateful too that some of the classes are holy yoga!🙏❤️
