I’ve been to a lot of gyms, but this one truly stands out. No overcrowding, no waiting around for equipment, and the space is always spotless and well-maintained.

I’ve had the chance to do personal training with both Justin and Nicholas, and they’re both amazing trainers. They know their stuff, push you the right way, and make every session count.

The owner, CC, is one of the nicest people you’ll meet. Super welcoming, always around, and clearly passionate about making this gym a great place for everyone.

If you’re looking for a clean, supportive, and results-driven gym environment, this is it. Highly recommend!

As someone who struggled for years being comfortable in the gym, this is hands down the best gym I have been to. I've gone to franchise gym, health clubs, you name it. None of them compare. This gym is always clean, CC is incredible, the other gym goers are so kind. They have all of the equipment I need and its always in great condition. I was visiting from out of town and worried I wouldn't have access to a gym. Luckily we found Fit Club 24, and asked if they had a weekly pass for myself. They did! and the owner was so kind to both personally respond to emails and meet me for a quick orientation. Super helpful and SO kind. Definitely will join again when back in town. The only reason I’m leaving the gym is because I may be moving and (frankly I like to walk more than I like to do machines) but I do need the weights so if I know me, I’ll probably be back but in the meantime, I’m just taking a little hiatus from Fit 24 & see what happens with the job changes.

Ms. CC Spry & Team have awesome and I really enjoyed my time there and I would recommend this gym to anyone and hopefully maybe one day I’ll be back?

All I can say is that CC (the owner) is an excellent human being. She helped us with a family situation, providing guidance, resources and support while always being there to us. I've enjoyed my time with Fit Club 24 - the gym is immaculate and the people are fantastic. I've worked with two different trainers at Fit Club 24 and they were both exceptional. They are responsive, challenging, and encouraging. The variety of equipment for strength training as well as cardio is extensive, especially for a smaller gym. I love being able to shower if needed on my way to or from work and the vending machine with healthy snacks is also a nice touch. With regards to managing my membership and training sessions, the gym management has been super responsive and helpful in answering my many questions and working through scheduling issues with me. I highly recommend Fit Club 24 as a great local gym where you feel like part of a team rather than just a number who gets lost in a bigger gym.

I have been a member of FitClub 24 for a few years now and it has been one of the best experiences I had so far as I reflect on my fitness journey. Fit Club 24 is the ultimate best of any gym I have ever belonged to … it is super clean, fully stocked with whatever you might need to use, and the staff is beyond professional, helpful and friendly. I was referred to CC as an in home personal trainer a few months ago. We meet once or twice per week and she provides "homework" routines I can easily follow. CC's energy, & positive attitude is a great way to start my morning workout and she pushes me where I need to be pushed and gives positive feedback. My wife and I found this gym during the pandemic in 2020. Seeing their commitment to cleanliness and keeping the equipment working at all times we became members there. The place is clean, well maintained, very friendly staff and trainers. I have been coming to this for awhile now along with my family. We absolutely love it here for several reasons.

1. The staff is amazing and they take great care of you
2. The gym has everything you need and is never overcrowded even at prime time (I never find myself standing around waiting to use equipment and I go at all different times 9AM, 12PM, 5PM, 7Pm etc.)
3. People are very nice a this gym and I have not once seen anyone with poor gym etiquette.

BONUS - If you have a family member or friend that can only come every once in awhile (Or even visitor in town for the weekend) they allow you to bring these guests along with you at no extra charge during their staffed hours. For me this is an amazing perk as I love to bring family and friends with me when I can.

I have worked out at a range of gyms including LA, 24Hour, Bodyworks.... and I have found my favorite in the Fit 24 Club for sure!!

I love this gym and my trainer! Great atmosphere and always clean. When I joined a little over a year ago, I could barely do 10 flights of stairs in an hour, 3 minutes on the elliptical and my lower back constantly hurt. Now I can do 20 flights in 20 minutes, 30 minutes on the elliptical and my back is significantly better. Thank you CC!

I had a bone marrow transplant and lost a lot of bone density. My Oncologist said I needed to find a gym and start lightweight lifting . However, he stated the gym
Must Be Clean because I am on anti rejection drugs that keep me immunocompromised. We passed Fit Club 24 everyday on our way to MDA. My husband stopped in to check it out. The owner was wiping down all the equipment as he arrived . He spoke to CiCi the owner and she showed him around her SPOTLESS gym. We have been members Ever since. I’ve been going for a year and not as much as a sniffle. No sweaty seats or weights. The clients are conscientious about wiping down equipment after use. The trainers are constantly walking around in their spare time and cleaning floors and equipment. The music is a perfect mix. It’s never super packed and no grunting lifters like the large gyms. No teenagers like some gyms. Age range is 20s to 80s. It’s a family owned gym
For people looking to just stay Healthy. Love it. Just signed up with a trainer named Alex. He’s getting me back to my pre transplant strength and balance ! We can’t say enough great things about this gym. Oh the prices can’t be beat. You must check it out if considering a gym. You will love it .

I came to Fit Club 24 for personal training after a rough pregnancy and c-section recovery. CC sat down with me to go over my goals and chose a trainer, Clayton, to work with me. He created challenging workouts that still felt manageable and I am so proud of how far I’ve come! Whether you are already in shape or wanting to get there, I cannot recommend Fit Club 24 enough!! To me, a gym is all about environment. The 24/7 access, spotless facilities, and friendly, knowledgeable staff make this gym stand out. Fantastic Fitness Atmosphere with Great Trainers for any level of fitness beginner to advanced. Cub is well equipped,clean, and welcoming. Staff are Friendly, Certified, and Helpful. The focus is results at all fitness levels, safely and injury free.

When I started here 4 months ago was recovering from major surgery, was over weight, with left side weakness walking with a cane. PT had suggested I start using a walker. Being a hard headed baby boomer 64 y/o female I said no way and decided to take control of my own rehab. This is not for everyone I understand but it was so beneficial to me. I no longer walk with a cane, my balance has improve, and I am so much stronger and fit. I now walk 3-5 miles a day and have regained my independence.

I have loss 28 pounds with a BMI of 24.4 MD Anderson asked me to get it 25 or below. I have a 8 inch loss in chest 4 in waist and 7 in hips.

My self esteem has increased because I am no longer as dependent on my family. CC has a group of personal trainers highly skilled who will come to your home, or apartment gym and work out with you. There is no need to be weak and a shut in any longer. Brie my personal trainer is awesome. She immediately assessed my fitness level, strengths and weaknesses, as well as nutrition/diet. We discussed and set goals that were achievable and realistic. My work outs are never boring and she changes them to avoid boredom or manotony. My body has definitely transformed. I highly recommend the gym and trainers.

I signed up three months ago for exercise and nutritional counseling with CC. She has been amazing. Every step of the plan is personalized for exactly MY needs, equipment and schedule. After an injury, all my exercise plans were reworked to keep me on track while working around my injury, to avoid pain and to help my healing process.
