I recently completed the 6-week challenge at FIT Lab, and I can’t recommend it enough! Under the guidance of Trainer Carlos, I found the support and motivation I needed to make a real transformation. His weekly check-ins were incredibly helpful, providing me with valuable information and resources that kept me on track.

Throughout the program, I lost 16 pounds and went down a shirt size, which has significantly boosted my energy levels. The entire class creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like part of a community. If you’re looking for a game changer in your life, FIT Lab is the place to be! It had been 5 years since I took up a physical routine that involved more complex movements aside from the occasional jog and push-up. I took on the 6 week challenge and it was precisely that, a challenge. Overall my baseline stamina shot way up, my endurance improved, and while I didn’t end up all ripped and buff (Which ain’t the point IMO) my strength for just everyday motion and movements increased significantly enough to be noticeable. The main reason for doing the challenge is I wanted to see if I could just get used to being more active again. And I did. The coaches are great, the class times are convenient and the exercises are different every day. I got stronger, a little faster and my posture improved. It was worth it!

I absolutely LOVE FitLab! What I struggled to achieve for months at other gyms, I was able to surpass in just 6 weeks here. I lost 12 lbs total, 10 lbs of pure fat, and over 5% in percent body fat!

The biggest difference is the coaches. They are incredibly knowledgeable and go above and beyond with their support. Program coaches were literally a text away for any type of help, and they would respond within minutes, even on diet questions or cravings. It honestly felt like they knew exactly when to check in, and those timely messages kept me on track more than once. The weekly check-ins with my coach were another game-changer. Everything was backed by real data, so I could see my progress clearly and know exactly what to tweak for even better results.

And beyond the program, the gym itself is amazing! It is always clean, organized, and filled with high-quality equipment that keeps every workout efficient and challenging. The environment is welcoming with no judgment or intimidation, just a motivating community where everyone pushes each other to do their best. As a first-time gym goer, I joined FIT Lab Gym through their 6-week challenge. From day one, the staff made me feel welcome and supported. They walked me through everything step by step, which made it much less intimidating to start my fitness journey.

Fitlab really is on something else, there is no doubt that putting your mind to something makes things possible. This 6 week challenge was truly a mental and physical challenge but it taught me so much about what I’m really capable of doing. On November 29th, I started my 6 week challenge journey with FIT LAB Fitness! I had already been on a weight loss journey & was looking for something different, something that I’d never tired before. I did a trial class & loved it! It was an intense full body work out… something I was not used too. I had lost 20 pounds on my own running, occasional strength training, and a major calorie deficit diet.

When I joined the 6 week challenge, I was assigned my coach & was given a meal plan specific to my in-body results. For me, it was a lot of food at first. I wasn’t used to eating so much food and was very skeptically on how this would all work. I learned a lot during these 6 weeks… learned how to fuel my body with the right foods, focus on my water intake, drank two protein shakes most days. My focus has always been seeing my weight number go down, but with FIT LAB, I was seeing my weight go down && I was getting STRONGER! 💪🏽 I was seeing muscle form & every class I got stronger & did things I never thought I could do! Overall this experience has been filled with lots of emotions from crying & frustration to feelings of accomplishment & pride! I am extremely proud of myself & all that I’ve accomplished!

In the 6 weeks, I lost 15.7 lbs & 5.1% body fat!! I MET MY GOAL!! It was so amazing to see all my hard work pay off at the end!!

I am so for thankful for everyone who has supported me during this weight loss journey! Seriously, the daily “liking” and commenting pushed me to not give up because let’s be honest some days I wanted too! My coach - Melissa Mojarro- was absolutely amazing at encouraging me and reminding me to trust the process… when it almost fell apart at the end, she encouraged me & told me to finish strong, & I did! All the coaches at FIT LAB were so encouraging during each workout, I love the constant push through out each class! 🔥💪🏽

I just finished the 6 week challenge at FITLAB. Even though I didn’t reach the 5% I made so much progress and learned so much throughout the process. I lost 4.1% of body fat and 10.3 pounds of fat all while gaining 2.2 pounds of muscle. My coach Brandon was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole challenge. He was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any fitness questions. The workouts are great, they change them everyday and their time slots work well with my alternating schedule. All of the staff and coaches are very helpful with any concerns whether it’s workout modifications or form. I just finished the 6-week challenge with FITLAB, and I’m proud to say I lost 4.2% body fat and 11.3 pounds of fat! While I didn’t quite reach our set goal of 5% body fat lost, what truly matters is how much healthier I feel and the incredible experience I had along the way. The coaches are incredibly motivating, supportive, and understanding—they pushed me to power through tough workouts and stay committed to my meal plan. The overall environment is welcoming and creates a safe space for beginners like myself. I especially appreciated how the coaches emphasized working at my own pace and not overexerting myself, which made the experience even more encouraging. Overall, I had a 10/10 experience with FITLAB and plan to keep attending classes to maintain my new healthy habits. I highly recommend it!

I started on Jan 2nd with my wife, we were coming off one of the most difficult years of our life and we were looking to make a change. My wife was coming off multiple surgeries and didn’t know where to start once she was cleared to return to working out, the staff has been great and they have helped both of us each step of the way. We started our first 21 day challenge and choose Coach Randy as the one who would challenge us to both set and reach our goals, he exceeded our expectations. Randy was knowledgeable in all of the areas we had questions, how to workout, how to recover and how to plan meals. I didn't think we fit in at first, but my wife and I still went thru the motions. Then the 21 day challenge started. I was skeptical at first but Coach Randy was very engaging and always had input. I'm sure he had everyone on the team messaging but he still made time to respond. My wife and I both dropped 10lbs in the 21 days and a respectable amount of body fat. I've done "challenges" before with other gyms and nothing compared to the coaching and wisdom Randy was able to provide. So let me start by saying I rarely take the time to write a review. However, after almost 2 years of being a member at fitlab I want to say it has been a great journey to getting back in shape.
I recently signed up for Personal Training with coach Randy and in the short 7 weeks, I have seen amazing results. Since I had my baby a couple of years ago I was struggling with regaining my core strength but Randy very confidently told me “ I got you, no worries.” I have never been confident/fan of doing weights as cardio (running & MMA) is more of my thing. However, Randy has been so patient with me and takes the time to explain every exercise to make sure I’m following the proper form to avoid an injury. For those of you looking to fulfill your fitness and health goals, give Randy a try. The rest of the staff & coaches (Ellie, Bri, Brandon & Hector) have also been great to work with and continuously encourage you while making every workout class fun. 🙂

I started my fitness journey at FitLab Labor Day weekend of 2024. To be perfectly honest, I began with the simple goal of just working out. I had no specific goal in mind. I started an 8 week challenge which tested me in so many different ways, not just physically. Unlike most gyms, you are not alone. Coaches meet you at your fitness level and challenge you to surpass your comfort zone. Without realizing it, I had opened the door to a lifelong journey to fitness and overall health.

I beat the challenge and lost 10% body fat. The fun part is that I started without a specific goal in mind and FitLab helped me create a goal to not only challenge myself but to create lifelong habits. I look forward to creating fitness goals with my new friends at FitLab.

I recommend Fit lab to anyone who is looking to start their health journey. I have had many gym memberships but could not stick with them because of the atmosphere. At Fit Lab, it was different. I do not know how to describe the difference, you just have to sign up for one of their trial classes to see it yourself. Fit lab is a great gym! Everyday the workouts are different! One of the most unique things about this gym is that while I work out my son also works out at fit lab kids! Coach Andrew and Ellie have been great with my little one and Coach Randy has been an inspiration! He makes working out fun and will modify workouts to meet your goals! He also ensures gym members are lifting safely to prevent injury. During the recent 21 day challenge he communicated with his team daily, he provided one-on-one fitness coaching weekly or as needed in effort to meet attainable short term goals! I remember being nervous about signing up for my first free class here. Within minutes of signing up, I get a call from the wonderful Ellie. I remember her being so motivating and turned my nerves into excitement.

I had a great first time class experience with coach Brandon, I felt welcomed and of course drained.

I knew then it’s exactly what I needed to push myself. Of course it’s going to be more expensive than going to a “regular gym” but trust me it’s so worth it! If it’s for your health then it’s money well spent.

You get to be surrounded by people who support and encourage you. Coaches believe in you, and inspire you to be the best version of yourself. The coaches will guide you and modify for you if needed. Trust me they’re all super nice. From my personal experience they are all approachable, fun & free-spirited individuals.

Throughout the 21-day Challenge, coach Randy would share helpful information with us regarding vitamins, protein, alternative meals, hydration, etc. For someone like me that has little knowledge of these things it was extremely helpful and truly made all the difference! Randy would meet with the team once a week via Video Call to share new information and would answer any questions we had. Randy would go over and explain our weekly InBody results. From there, he would modify our MACROS and tell us what type of protein/fats/carbs to stick with. Basically, made it SO easy for us. For the last week of the challenge, I had to travel for work, and he still helped me out by sending me workouts and info on what kinds of food to eat on-the-go. Not only that, but I was able to learn from this experience. Also, shout out to coach Randy for fixing my knee on multiple occasions. One of those times was the day before the 1-mile sled competition and got 1st place!! Thank you, Randy, for everything and thanks FIT Lab for having such knowledgeable individuals. Highly recommend the coach Randy experience!

I love it here. I was a bit nervous when I tried my first class since I’ve never been an athlete. Everyone is very welcoming. Joining the 21 challenge helped stay focus and committed. Coach Bri guided me thru the process. I did not meet my goal but I did lose about 10 pounds mostly fat around my stomach & back and I feel great. The place is always very clean. The staff is great. The coaches are amazing. The equipment gets moved around depending on the coach. Each one brings a different personality and a very challenging workout. It’s a very friendly atmosphere. Randy has been an exceptional personal trainer!

I saw consistent and steady results with my time with Randy. With the aid of his meal plan and workouts (2x Week),I lost fat and gained muscle. I also gained a wealth of knowledge, Randy is a great source of information on the body, diet, and weight training.

I have been going to Fitlab since 2022 and it has been one of the best things I've done for myself health wise. The workouts are different every day, all of the coaches and front office staff are awesome, and the classes are only an hour so if you have a busy schedule like me, this is the perfect way to get your exercise in. My second home, for 5.5 years now… always happy to be there and even when it’s hard to make it in, coaches, staff and my fit family are always there to get me through the workout!

This year started with a “Fit Quest Challenge” in teams, where we were lead by a coach. I chose Coach Randy, since I’ve had many opportunities to learn from him about nutrition, exercise, proper form and fitness, challenge or no challenge! Very friendly welcoming gym with great staff that motivate you all the time. I was able to join the 6 week challenge at F.I.T. Lab and I lost 5.7% body fat. When inquiring about pricing and how the program works, I was asked for a credit card number to put on file. The lady assured me that they wouldn't charge any kind of fee at all. I should've been smarter and not given it to her, because why would you need it then? I was charged a $15 no show fee the next day. If there are ANY kind of fees involved, why wouldn't you disclose them? This left us a TERRIBLE impression of them, that they cannot be trusted. DO NOT PROVIDE THEM YOUR CARD UNLESS YOU'RE ACTUALLY SIGNING UP.

I just finished my 6 week challenge at FIT lab Edinburg. I had the support of coach Hector, he push me to meat my goals, is a goal doable, I had to be honest that I didn't follow the meal plan 100% of the time but get so close to the goal. No matter that I didn't meat the goal I can see a lot of improvement on the shape of my body, on my energy, as a mom of 2 kids is very important for me to have enough energy to keep going at the same pace of my kids. I am going to continue working out here because all the staff, couches are super nice, helpful, and try to get the best out of us. I really love it. I never done this type of exercise before and I am supper happy with it.

I recently completed the 6 week challenge. Personally, the journey was difficult after 3 years of a sedentary lifestyle. I gained over 45 lbs during the pandemic and the idea of working out in a gym was overwhelming. But, my partner and I were intrigued by the concept and decided to try it out. We definitely felt supported during the process which was an important aspect for us. Every single day at the gym was a challenge but eventually it became one we looked forward to.

We worked out in 3 different facilities - edinburg (primarily), SA, and McAllen. I enjoyed each experience and was always intrigued by the unique approach of each coach. Our coach, Bri, definitely helped us along the way. Not only did she answer every ridiculous question we asked but was willing to work with us when we experienced doubts, setbacks, or challenges. And when for some reason my body was resistant, she took the time to assess the issue and reached out to her peers who all took an interest in my progress.

I lost 17.8lbs of fat in 6 weeks and will continue with the process to see how much we can achieve. Definitely recommend for anyone regardless of your current weight or lifestyle.

If you lost motivation to working out or cant stay consistent in your fitness journey, I really recommend the 6-week challenge. Im 21 years old and gained some weight during college. I used to eat unhealthy and was not consistently going to the gym. Being in the challenge motivated me to continue to come and with the help of my coach Brandon I was able to loose my 5% bodyfat (14 lbs of fat), while increasing in muscle. I still have a long way to go for my final personal goal but with the help of great workouts, motivating coaches, helpful staff, and friendly members it will be easy for me to continue to come here to F.I.T. Lab Fitness in Edinburg and get where I want to be. Also keep in mind the key word “want”, since at the end of the day it is YOU who needs to put in the work. 10/10 would recommend.

When I started my David challenge I was terrified. I felt like I was too old to do the challenge. My gym partner, who is my daughter, my hero, and role model told me to always bet on myself no matter what. In the long run it is a win-win situation. So, I agreed we decided to start the meal plan a day early just to see how I would feel. The next day I felt nauseous and queasy and hungry. I had been going insane and overwhelmed and
I felt awful about my self image and lost my confidence to boot. I certainly did not recognize my reflection in the mirror until I started going to Mission Fit Lab. I started exercising two days which turned into three and before I knew it I was going five days a week.

David's challenge gave me confidence. I feel alive and amazing. I am noticed and doors are held open for me wherever I go. Most impactful challenge yet!!Started my 6 week challenge with Coach David from Mission. Signed up looking forward to improving my conditioning however I walked away with 12 pounds lost, and 3.7% of body fat lost. In addition to that doing the food diet really was what made the difference. The intro class was a great way to get a feel for the structure of the workouts and a look into the community that exists within the gym. It was great to have the InBody scan on the first day to get a baseline body composition. The workouts have all been a challenge and vary significantly from day to day, which is a big plus. My coach, Brandon, was very motivating. He made sure that I was being consistent with my meals and pushed me harder during my workouts. I will tell you that I’ve never been the kind of person that felt like I needed a gym to get fit… but after my first 3 classes at F.I.T Lab I can tell you that the motivation that I received from seeing others work their hardest has been really inspiring. Coaches understand the different levels of experience in the class and offer support individually (even in a class setting). Although I did not meet the challenge goals, I plan to continue working on myself and setting new goals using this as a starting point. I have prior workout experience, but I’ve never really done a lot of exercises with a barbell. This is something they use a lot, so it’s been a new experience for me. The coaches have really helped me get comfortable and fix my form. This class has truly become something I look forward to at the end of everyday. The best part is that no matter what your fitness level, the class can still be challenging depending on how hard you push yourself with weight and cardio. I’m really looking forward to more classes at Fit Lab.

I’ve always battled with weight gain and healthy eating. I would start a regimen and somewhere along the way fall off the wagon, only to start over again sometime later. It was a constant cycle. Just finished my 2nd 6 weeks challenge at Fitlab! I am sooo happy with my results. Coach Ilsie has been the best!!! So much motivation a & support from her! She helped me get on my supplement plan, showed me different options that I can include in my meal plan & even offered to help me cook them to give me that extra push to make sure I stayed on track. Needless to say she even went out of her way to give me a one on one personal workout when a class was full so i wouldn’t leave without an extra workout that day. Friendly people and staff. I did the 6 week challenge and with the help of my coach jas I was able to get 5 percent of body fat and 14 lb off. Never felt better in my life. If you are doing the challenge be careful because they will NOT give you your money back. They will keep it. To this day I haven’t gotten anything. It’s been over two months. Would not recommend to anyone to do the challenge.

I have to say I am a little bummed that my 6 week challenge is over. I enjoyed the accountability and who doesn’t love a good challenge every once in a while. I lost a total of 4.1% body fat and 8.9lbs of body fat mass. I was so close to meeting my goal. I plan to keep going, continuing on and setting another goal for myself. Going into the first class I was a bit intimidated but I adjusted quickly because most things are at your own pace and a weight that you are comfortable with. Before I came to this gym, I did not know where to start, what to eat, or how stay motivated. However, not only has this gym and staff made me feel welcomed with open arms, but they have taught me a lot about myself and always had positive vibes.
I never felt out of place or felt weak when working out because I ended up seeing how the facility is just like a big family and everyone is pushing to meet their own individual goals.
I did the 6 week challenge with Coach Mel, and she has been there and helped me stay motivated and keep pushing even when I was down mentally. She also suggested some changes within my diet plan which did help a lot. Despite having such a busy day routine and dealing with the pandemic as well, I kept at my program and got thoes workouts completed. I was also glad that I was able to reach out to any coach that was available and gain advise without being turned down or looked away on.

I want to start off by saying that FIT Lab has been such a great experience! I have nothing negative to say about this place. I feel safe working out in such a clean environment. At first i was a little skeptical about continuing my workouts at FIT Lab because of the pandemic but i saw how prompt they were in making adjustment to keep us safe for example they shortened the size in class, stations assigned were 6 feet apart. They also have a portal that sprays out a sanitizing mist upon entering and exiting building. They also provide hand sanitizers throughout facility plus sanitizing wipes to be used after using your equipment. This place is the safest and cleanest place to be at if you are looking for a place to exercise. And on top of that the staff is very friendly and professional. Positive vibes when entering the building, and not to mention the COACHES ARE AWESOME! I love how they motivate you to do more during your workout. They are watching you even when you think they are not and they challenge you to do more when they know that you can. I am really amazed and shocked at how much stronger i have become both physically and mentally. I am able to do things I never thought that I could do. super grateful to have had this experience! joined for the 6 week challenge and i’m super pleased with my results! im super appreciative to have had coach Mel to guide me through this challenge and im thankful for all the advice she gave me on the daily as well as after every weekly meeting. all though this challenge might be over i will definitely carry on with all the things i learned and use them for my daily life from now on! workouts were always killer and challenging, but also could always be modified if anything was too hard for me. all the coaches here have a great energy and motivate each and one of us individually which i love, they never make anyone feel any less and pay close attention to make sure you’ve got all the forms right so that you can get the best out of the hour workout as possible. definitely feel like this is only the beginning and that i can get even better results as i stick to this gym to help me through it

F.I.T. Lab Fitness is not just a gym or workout facility. They take pride in making sure you get an amazing workout and help you to accomplish your fitness goals. This past month, I entered their six week challenge and was so happy with my results. During these six weeks, they provided me with a meal plan, one on one coaching, and weekly in body analysis. My Coach was not fixated with the number on the scale, because she was certain if I taught myself to eat better, and maximize my workouts, I would see results. My coach held me accountable every single day. After the six weeks, the results I obtained proved just how knowledgeable my coach was about fitness and nutrition. At F.I.T. lab, the workouts are challenging but you can go at your own pace. The Coaches motivate you and they never seem to have a bad day. The facility is extremely clean, and safe. They offer classes throughout the whole day, and the size of each class allows everyone to space out and stay within their own workout area. I would recommend F.I.T. Lab to anyone who wants to get in shape, or who just wants to have a healthier life style.

I’ve been to a few other gyms like CrossFit or tru fit but none worked for me as much as F.I.T Lab ! The staff is very friendly and motivating , I went for the 6 week challenge my trainer gave me a meal plan and really pushed me to do better than I did yesterday and I really felt the results 💪🏼, I recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to lose weight in the best environment possible !

FIT LAB is team and family. Coaches get to know you and motivate you. Staff is super friendly and you always feel welcome. When you don't know how to do an exercise just wave down and the coach will be there to guide you. My journey with FIT LAB has been amazing. FIT Lab is not your ordinary gym like others. You will go in there and work and always give your 100%. I did two six week challenges and I started at 231.6 lb and 44.8% bf. As of today I am at 183 lb and 33.3%bf.(Trust me my fit life still has more to go I am not done with myself) Coaches guide you and give you a meal plan. They monitor your progress each week. You learn how to eat healthy and become a better you. They taught me so much which I am really grateful. They corrected my form when I did my workouts and they even challenge me by putting more weight. They for sure get you out of your comfort zone. The key is persistence and commitment. Commit yourself to become a better you and be persistent on your workouts and showing up. Thank you so much to all the coaches from FIT Lab Mission who guided me and helped me believe in me and always pushed me to give my 100%. De verdad les recomiendo este gym all 100. Really love it . All the instructors are amazing and really help you out. One really was awesome at the end of the work out she mentioned. Drink lots of water. Be good to yourself and your body . Feed it good food keep hydrated. That little comment really helped me have an awesome day. And since then her voice comes to my head when I'm offered a candy during the week I say no lol 😆

I began the 6 week challenge 3 weeks before the COVID-19 pandemic shut everything down. I was given the choice to restart my challenge after things returned to normal or continue on. I chose to continue on with the challenge. The staff/owners were amazing. They provided different fitness routines daily to keep workouts fresh and challenging. While I did not hit my final goal at the end of the 6 weeks, I did see a tremendous change in my physical appearance and energy level. I dropped almost 20 pounds (13 fat pounds)...but I am not done yet. While the 6 week challenge is over, I developed nutritional and physical fitness habits that I plan to continue, and I have every intention of continuing that journey at FIT Lab Edinburg. I am very impressed with the owner, the staff (especially Coach Brandon), and the other clients. It feels like family, and I appreciate the supportive environment and challenging workouts.

I finished my 6 weeks challenge and i feel amazing!
I lost three inches in my waist and stomach. Inch on my neck and two inches arms and thighs. Im down pounds of Body fat, up in muscle and about 15 pounds of overall weight lost.
I don't think I could have achieved the same fitness results as fast as I did at any other gym. The coaches and staff are great at keeping you on track and pushing you to the next level. I gained considerable improvements in my strength and endurance. Coach Mel was always there if i had nutritional questions and advice. She was a great support system in my journey. I’m not done yet and look forward to seeing my next results.

Joining FIT Lab has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I just completed the 6 week challenge and lost 7.5% body fat/20 lbs of fat!! A huge shoutout to coach Brandon for keeping me on track, motivated, and answering all my questions!! All of the coaches are so helpful during the workouts and really push you to challenge yourself. I can feel myself getting stronger and building endurance each time I complete a workout. I truly enjoy working out and completely recommend signing up here!! I started going to fitlab after a friend told me about it. I was unmotivated, undisciplined, and was terribly out of shape. The 6 week challenge was exactly what I needed to get started. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed working out as I do now. The coaches were always ready to help out and teach, especially coach Pete, he really pushed me and helped me stay on track. I lost 21 pounds during the challenge, I feel my body be stronger than ever before, and I have energy throughout my day when before was always dragging. I’m excited to keep going from here! From the moment I walked into this facility, it was a game changer.
The intensity of my workouts are like nothing I have done before; I get my butt kicked EVERY SINGLE DAY & its the best feeling ever. Staff & Coaches are all AMAZING. Everyone is nice & always willing to help.
