I’m a NM local, but love the work that goes on in this gym. The hard part for me is the drive on I-10. Fortunately the app has been a total game changer! Not only is the space inclusive - Tasha, Eileen and the team customize my workouts, add extra challenges and can implement a food plan. I can’t say enough good things about training with Eileen. She builds truly personalized workouts and checks in throughout to make sure they feel challenging but doable. She listens to my feedback, explains the “why” behind each movement, and adapts when something doesn’t feel right. Tasha is THE BEST DAMN TRAINER. She cares about her clients. She’s dedicated to their progress, results, and most importantly their lives. You not only get your ass kicked by Tasha but you get a friend. This gym is inclusive and you leave feeling like you did the damn thing. The team at FitCO is amazing!!
I started training with them 3 months ago after I received a prediabetic diagnosis. My doctor said she did not want to prescribe medicine yet and told me to start moving more. I work an 8-5.
Tasha has me moving and toning all at the same time! The vibes in the gym are so welcoming and energetic. She tailors the routines to your needs. A one hour session goes by so fast :'( but then I can keep the rhythm going with the app at home. The app's monthly challenges are so fun - I get them done without realizing I just did a full body workout while watching Modern Family.
She is constantly upgrading gym equipment, the gym's layout, and routines to meet everyone's needs. Just amazing! 100/10!

Straight to the point…Tasha is a positive, attentive trainer who knows how and when to challenge me. I love that Tasha makes me feel comfortable. I like how even though I go to workout that I can express how I feel in any way, just by talking, venting, or anything, simply having someone to talk to is amazing. Not only as my personal trainer she makes me feel good that she personally cares for me as an individual. Even on my rough days I have great workouts because of her, especially on days that I feel mentally challenged, she is quick to adjust workouts to make them still beneficial yet accommodating to how I feel that day. The gym in a whole is very clean and makes me feel at home, the environment is just very comfortable and refreshing. I enjoy being able to do a one on one workout, making them personalized to my body, even on months that don’t show much progress, she still makes me feel good about myself and is very encouraging and always makes it known that she’s proud of me. What’s super cool about Get FHIIT is that it’s more than just exercise, it’s a good time with a trainer that genuinely cares about your progress in fitness and life! Starting to see Tasha is literally one of the best things I’ve done for myself. Through her expertise and endless encouragement, I have come to enjoy physical activity organically, something I never thought possible!! I have lost over thirty five pounds and gained muscle. I feel buff honestly. I have run two half marathons and completed a Spartan race and I am currently training for a full marathon. I’ve been working with Tasha for a couple of months now and I’ve lost 15 lbs already just from good diet and exercise with her program! No fancy pill, crazy diet plan, or intense workout (at least for beginners) for YEARS I’ve been trying to see results and I wasn’t seeing anything until now. On top of actually gettin results with COVID going on I’ve never been in a cleaner building! Everything is sanitized before and after workouts, she follows protocol, and provides sanitizer for you as well! Tasha is AMAZING she will be considerate of your level of fitness but she’ll still push you a little cause she believes in you!!!! Please please please give her a look you won’t regret it! When searching for a personal trainer, I came across Get FHIIT but had never heard of HIIT. I decided to give it a try and set up sessions with Tasha. Little did I know that I was in for a treat! I recently moved away for college, so working out has been hard.Tasha's in person and online training sessions are at the level I need and are custom to my college schedule.
