FitFineFlex Gym is my personal home gym I use specifically to train my clients. This allows the client to have a private, comfortable, 1on1 training session with a certified Personal Trainer while learning new nutritional and exercise methods to achieve their personal goals. So happy I found this gym and Rebecca!
She is simply the best. You get so much with this program.Rebecca always responds to questions and really has a passion to help people. I have been going since September and have already went up in weights and my hip pain and limp were non existent the first week. She works with you on mobility and its such an important part to keep you moving and preventing injury. Send her message and get scheduled.

I met Rebekah and instantly felt comfortable. When I started working out with Rebekah I was experiencing pain in my knees. I had undergone a partial knee replacement. I started working out with her. She monitored and corrected my exercise form & movements. After a few sessions with her I could tell I was getting stronger. Rebekah is a sweetheart, but don't let that fool you. She is super smart and strong !! Rebekah is probably one of the best Trainers I 've worked with. Would still be with her if she hadn't moved to Caddo Mills.

Rebekah is a Marine Corps Vet who is very knowledgeable, patient, and listens to your goals and expectations. She makes works out that best fits your level of fitness and what you want to achieve. I used to have a personal trainer at Lifetime fitness that I paid an arm and a leg for. All he would do is sit on his phone and tell me to run. Beka has made personal nutrition and workout plans for me and challenges me every single workout. She holds me accountable but still is flexible and extremely caring. Her gym is awesome and you should definitely consider her as your personal trainer!
