I did personal training at this location and my account was supposedly put on a “freeze” while my trainer was in competition so that I wouldn’t be paying for sessions while he was away. Upon seeing a charge hit my account in early November, I reached out due to me not being notified or approving my account being unfrozen. Not only was my account never frozen, I had been getting charged for the last 3 months for sessions that I wasn’t attending due to my trainer being out. Getting in contact with anyone to get my money back has been impossible. I was told in writing that my account would be frozen, but yet was told by the fitness manager there was no record of a freeze request and my card had been getting charged for the training services while my trainer wasn’t even here to train me. Extremely shady business practice and I will not be back. I’m sure management is reading this, so if you’d like to return my calls or emails that would be greatly appreciated.

The gym i'm joining has been sold so i'm looking to join a new gym.So I went to this gym met a gentleman named caleb. First of all, he was busy made me wait.Okay no big deal.. then I got my tour... Talked about ours talked about different things asked about a past to use the gym.Just check out the experience different times of the day.Et cetera to see if this was going to work for me.... he offered me a one day two hour pass.Didn't hand it to me and told me to just come in the next day.... The corporate website offers a free five day pass.He never offered and I think was trying to push me into sign.... So I showed up the next day between the two hours that he said I could use the gym.There was no pass, nobody knew anything about it.It was a very uncomfortable situation.... The girl in the front allowed me to come in, knowing she'd seen me the day before... caleb didn't have time he wanted to close the deal.He misled me and this is not a place that I think that I would like to do business when the mail misleads, misdirects and pressures to get something accomplished.And then doesn't follow through.... my disappointment grew to a little bit of anger while I was working out, and I will not ever return to this specific facility ever

The only reason why I don't give the 5 stars.. is because is a big deal, to get in touch with customer service! Plus this gym used to be 24 hours fitness.. but now they have limited hours.. I used to go to midnight To work out!! Or use the Sauna...But I understand because COVID they changed the hours!! So Hopefully.. soon they could open 24 hours again. I really wish it!!

I’ve been coming to this gym for many years, and it has always felt like a welcoming place. My friends and I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff—everyone at the Front Desk has always been polite, helpful, and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, our weekday visits have recently taken a negative turn because of one employee: Mazin, who usually works the closing shift.

Even though the gym closes at 10 PM and we always wrap up our workouts on time, Mazin begins pushing people out before closing—sometimes around 9:55 PM. If we take a moment to wash our hands or grab our belongings, he stands nearby, makes comments, and repeatedly tells members to leave, even though we’re clearly preparing to exit. This isn’t something we’ve ever dealt with in the past.

What really crossed the line was when he threatened to call the police while we were calmly collecting our things. That kind of reaction is completely unnecessary and creates a tense, uncomfortable atmosphere. For context, we’re always out of the building well before 10:10 PM, but during those few minutes after closing, we’re spoken to in a way that turns the end of our workout into a stressful experience. After a long day, the gym should feel like a place to relax—not somewhere you feel rushed or disrespected.

I want to emphasize that this review is only regarding Mazin. Every other staff member has always been great and treated us with respect. I genuinely hope management addresses this issue so the gym can go back to being the positive environment it’s always been for us.

I’ve been a member at this gym for many years, along with several friends, and it has always been a positive and welcoming environment. The Front Desk staff is consistently professional and friendly, and they’ve always contributed to a great experience. Unfortunately, our weekday visits have recently become uncomfortable due to one specific employee who regularly works the closing shift.

Although the gym closes at 10 PM and we always finish our workouts on time, this employee begins raising his voice and rushing members out as early as 9:55 PM. Even when we are simply gathering our belongings or washing our hands for a brief moment after closing something that has never been an issue in past years he hovers, makes comments under his breath, and repeatedly orders everyone to leave. He has also had confrontational interactions with multiple members who calmly explained that they were already preparing to exit.

Most recently, he even threatened to call the police while we were peacefully collecting our things to leave. That level of escalation is unnecessary, unprofessional, and creates a hostile environment. For clarity, we are always out of the building before 10:10 PM, yet during those few minutes we are treated in a way that makes the end of our night stressful rather than relaxing. After a long day of work, the gym should be a place to decompress not a place where members feel rushed, singled out, or spoken to disrespectfully.

To be clear, this review is directed only at this one employee. The rest of the staff has always been excellent. We’ve always treated the staff with respect, and we expect the same courtesy in return. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue so the gym can return to the comfortable, respectful atmosphere it has always been known for.

NEVER GO TO THIS GYM! I Didn’t like how I was treated. The 2 black males that’s in charge of membership which I had a 5 day free pass to enjoy the gym were real funny acting, the first guy never put my name or number in computer BUT WHEN OVER THE MEMBERSHIP RULES ETC IM 50 years old , the morning black male who I believe is the manager told me we can give you to Sunday which is 4 days not 5 like the pass is advertised..I’m black just like them..The girl was very nice & seen how the black male tried to handle me in a wrong manor like he’s not a WORKER!! MANAGER or not YOUR AN EMPLOYEE ACT LIKE IT. Seeing your own race act so rude is a TURN OFF FOR ME..SLAVE MENTALITY YOU ARE.. The only reason I’m leaving a bad review is partly my fault but also mainly the companies policies. Originally, I got a membership with no commitment so I wouldn’t have to pay to cancel, then that membership had a deal where it was cheaper. WHAT I WISH the staff had told me is that it would change to a 12 month commitment. That’s my fault for not properly checking but it was morning and I was tired… anyways… I live really far and come with my friend but our schedules became different so I wanted to cancel and had been calling for like 2 weeks and no one was answering. Honestly didn’t feel like driving 30 mins just to cancel a membership…. But then I got charged the annual fee and I literally was abt to lose my mind because I was calling right when it opened 2 weeks straight for hours and no one would answer. So, I came in person to cancel and the front desk girl was super nice so I didn’t want to be rude about it even though I was really mad all morning and week about this. So, she gets the manager, and he basically just tells me I have to pay an extra 50$ to cancel on top of not even being able to get a refund. ALSO, it had been like only a month of me going there like ain’t no way I rlly paid 100+ for this….. I was abt to crash out on the spot ngl but they were really nice and it’s not their fault, they’re just doing their job.

But, yeah, I’m still leaving a bad review because money in this economy it’s important and I feel like it was rlly unfair to me but it’s not the staffs fault.

Anyways, fitness connection please do better with picking up calls because you’re not only toying with peoples money but sanity as well. Thank you. 😭 AND PLEASE DO NOT CHARGE ME FOR THIS MONTH OR I WILL GO EVEN MORE INSANE.

Great gym! Plenty.of equipment, space, and varying workout areas to help allocate some gym-goers to private areas (Women's workout room). All comes together to allow little to no gym traffic, whether free weights, machines, or cardio equipment.
