I’m giving my trainer, Connor, 5 stars. He knows his stuff and is 100% professional. He's always on time and has a plan for my goals. I have old injuries and his workouts for me are safe yet challenging. He also puts up with my whining and encourages me to keep going. Recently rejoined - great place to workout with everything I need to stay fit. However - the music is incredibly loud. This morning I enquired why there are two sources - and the nice lady that works there said they want a "vibe" when people arrive. Loud music in the front and loud music in the back - with acoustics that blend the two for an auditory headache. The combinations of both was so jarring that I had to leave. PLEASE fix this with one source of music.

This gym has gone downhill since they brought in the all female sales staff. I added my friend to my guest list and they refused to give him a 5 day pass once they learned he wasn’t really interested in becoming a member here. We felt like we were being treated like a nuisance and they were just trying to get rid of us. I’ve been a member here for months and it sucks how the vibe and friendliness has just gone out the window. It is super obvious that 2 of the saleswomen here have relationships with the trainers that work here which is completely unprofessional. There’s been multiple occasions where I can hear the sales staff at the front desk talking badly about the other employees and even cussing them out. The manager needs to control this immature and unprofessional environment because every workout feels like a novela now. Get it together fr

I called at 8:00 AM on November 4, 2025, and the representative who answered informed me to “call back” because the line was breaking. She then ended the call abruptly without any further communication. Additionally, there was loud music playing in the background, which made the experience unprofessional and unpleasant.

I signed up on October 2nd without any issues. The next day, they contacted me to invite me to a free training class as a thank-you for signing up. I attended, but during the class they tried to convince me to purchase another program. They charged me $59 for a second class, which I paid in addition to the $103 sign-up fee and the first month’s payment.

At my second personal training appointment, they convinced me to upgrade again and charged me $180 per month. They told me this would include a personalized nutrition and exercise plan, but I never received either. The trainer also acted like she didn’t recognize me every time we met, which was very unprofessional.

When the second month came, they tried to charge me another $180. I told them I didn’t want to continue because they hadn’t delivered what they promised. They then claimed I had signed a contract—something I never did—and insisted I still had to pay.

Now, on top of everything they’ve already charged me, they’re trying to add a $63 annual membership fee that I was never informed about. If I had known about all these hidden fees, I would never have signed up. There are other gyms that are much more transparent.

At this point, I can’t even log into my account because they’re blocking access until I pay what they claim I owe. I also can’t cancel my membership without paying in full. I feel completely taken advantage of.

I do not recommend this company—they will try to scam you.

Muy mala experiencia con este gimnasio. Cuando me suscribí en septiembre, la persona que me atendió me dijo claramente que no me iban a cobrar la tarifa anual ese año, porque ya estaba en el mes 9, y que el primer cobro de anualidad sería en septiembre del próximo año (2026).

Confié en eso y firmé la suscripción, pero luego me cobraron todo igualmente. Pasados unos meses, me volvieron a cobrar el annual fee que me habían dicho que no aplicaba todavía.

Hice el reclamo, y me respondieron que no podían hacer nada porque “no quedaba constancia en la conversación”. Les pedí que revisaran las cámaras, ya que la persona me lo dijo claramente antes de firmar, y me contestaron que solo con una orden judicial podían hacerlo.

En conclusión, no se hacen responsables de lo que prometen y terminan cobrando cargos indebidos. No recomiendo este lugar, ya que usan falsas promesas para que la gente se suscriba.

Very bad experience with this gym. When I signed up in September, the person who helped me clearly said that I wouldn’t be charged the annual fee this year, since it was already month 9, and that the first annual fee would be charged in September 2026.

I trusted that information and signed the contract, but they charged me anyway. After a few months, they charged me the annual fee they said I wouldn’t have to pay yet.

When I complained, they told me they couldn’t do anything because “it wasn’t written down.” I asked them to check the cameras, since the person told me that before I signed, and they replied that only a court order could make them do that.

In short, they don’t take responsibility for what they promise and end up charging people unfairly. I don’t recommend this gym — they mislead customers just to get more sign-ups.

As a 30 yr gym veteran its disheartening to see the deterioration of gym etiquette as a result of the lack of gym rules enforcement.

This gym is a perfect example of the trade off between more expensive gyms and low cost ones like fitness connection. Id gladly pay twice the current membership fee to not be in the back ground of every gym member who wants to film themselves bending over. Or chasing dumbells across the gym bc members are not complacent unless they have three sets next to the squat machine they are also using.

Loitering on equipment happens and thats understandable but this gym in particular seems to have members holding meetings in between sets.

Im not even going to get into the levels of inappropriate gym attire but its equally as bad from both genders to the point I can't consider bringing my 15 yr old daughter.

On the positive side FC did add new equipment and thats appreciated. Unfortunately all that is negated by poor policy execution and rule enforcement.

Im not alone on this as there is a group of us old dogs actively seeking an alternative. Hopefully coorperate can turn this around.
