The morning shift workers always welcome you with a smile, tell you to have a good workout and to have a nice day when you leave. It’s a small gesture but really is nice of them and gives you a nice start to your workout. The gym is very clean and sanitary, the custodian in the morning is also very nice and sweet.

The fitness connection in Carrollton sends out monthly emails asking you to do surveys and asks you how you feel about the gym, I think this place should do it as well to get constructive feedback from guests.

Some of the cable attachments don’t fit onto the clips because the clips are a little clunky. If they changed them into the more traditional clips than like a funky rectangle it’d make it SO much better.

It’s fine that a staff asked to write a review regarding the visit including her name, but I wish they were more thorough about when I was never told the membership fee will be charged every start of the month regardless of when I signed up.

To my knowledge, I had signed up for a five day or a week trial and she made me sign up for the membership on my first visit. She never mentioned about my willingness for the trial nor that I would be charged on the first day of every month. The first visit was 7/24/25 so I practically paid a monthly fee for a week worth of membership. I don’t want to workout at a gym where I feel like the staff members ate unprofessional - I will be canceling this membership. (Edited)

The hvac system and ducts need to be cleaned. They are the filthiest I’ve seen in a gym. Every time I work out here I get sick. How do you get a hold of corporate to get someone to get these cleaned? It’s a big health hazard especially for people who are working out and breathing this circulated air in.

Terrible service from this gym, apart from the fact that the monthly fee is very expensive for what they offer, the weights are broken. I canceled my membership before the month was up because I don't like the conditions of the gym and they charged me the annual fee. I don't recommend it. They also raised the monthly fees and you can't bring guests.
