I had a session this morning with trainer Kayla Owens and it was amazing! She showed me techniques I’d never tried before, and I left feeling incredible—my legs were shaking in the best way. I highly recommend her! The gym itself is also really good: it has everything you need, it’s very clean, and everyone is super friendly.

update from my previous review. improvements and additions have definitely been made. The staff is very friendly Grayce is always receiving members with a smile and making our experience pleasant. Hack squat machine still need to be brought back and infrared lights in the womens sauna would definitely be a plus.

This review is for Brittainy. I am so happy to see she’s back teaching the mat Pilates class. I love her workouts and the music she plays. I followed her from the woodlands location. I rarely go to the gym, but when I do it’s for either her Pilates class or her spin class. If you have a chance, check out her classes.

was charged $40 for a guest pass by manager, when the website has it as cheaper. I was also charged less for a guest pass on a day prior to being charged $40. The girl who is always at the front desk is nice, but this location does NOT answer the phone. Now i have to drive there to handle something that could have been fixed over the phone.

Here the champions location, I was going to cancel my membership.. AND THEN.. along came Sarah at the front desk, smile the biggest ever and changed my objective for coming inside to cancel my membership.. it was the powerful boost of compassionate involvement with a member who having a traumatic day… her smile, gave me joy & enough motivation to go attack the weights … since then I’ve been on a 4weekly streak … cus team leaders like Sarah make coming to the gym a joyful experience….. I can say with certainty I WILL NOT CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP since now I feel CONNECTED!!! Keep her promote her either way thank her for being an amazing person
