I think the equipment at this gym is some of the best in the world. Genuinely impressed with it and it’s very reasonably priced. My only wish is that they would get more attachments for the pulley systems (straight bars in particular) and that the recovery room would finish. Highly recommend.

I’m a new member and I love this gym! Staff are friendly, the place is always clean, love the lighting, and there’s always plenty of machines so I’ve never had to wait for something I needed. Equipment is new from the renovation and I love the women’s only lifting area. The turf is beautiful and there’s so many smith machines and squat racks. 10/10 gym. Wish it was open a little later in the evenings (closes at 10 m-f and 7 on weekends but u heard they’re pushing for 24/7 so we’ll see). Overall amazing gym and I can’t recommend it enough.

I came to this gym a bit ago! Since my brother works at the mission bend location and he recommend me to check this one out- THIS GYM IS AMAZING! Like wow. It’s so beautiful. Ian at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful , he explained to me some benefits of creatine. I also met one of the managers- Evan. He was very welcoming and asked if I needed anything to drink! I really recommend this place. It’s very aesthetically pleasing and the staff is extremely chill. I love fitness connection. I think it’s a really good gym. Clean, spacious and friendly. However I must warn you not to join their personal training program. I had an awful experience. Management is terrible. I had 4 different personal trainers. They drop like flies. I haven’t even met the fourth one as no one ever reached out to me to fulfill my last two sessions I have. They just took the money. Tiana ignored me when I expressed concerns about my contract. The only person that actually helped me was Chloe Britten. But she already quit. She was very helpful. It’s not a good company. It’s very expensive and honestly you would be better off just doing your own thing. Please beware and do not sign up with this company. You will be very disappointed. I gave it three stars because I like the gym itself a lot. I would give Elevate one star.

I was at the woodlands location and i forgot my workout shoes, He promptly stopped me and said "I'm sorry, I can't let you in without proper shoe game. I’ve been a loyal member since 2017 and have never had a negative experience until yesterday. When I scanned in, I was abruptly stopped by Camila and informed that this would be the last day I could attend this location unless I upgraded my plan due to the recent renovation. The update appears to be mostly fresh paint and a few new equipment pieces, which I don’t even use.

The delivery was extremely disappointing — not just because of the message itself, but the approach. After years of consistent membership from me and my family, I would have expected a more respectful and customer-focused conversation. A courtesy notice of at least two to three weeks for long-standing members to decide whether to upgrade or transition to a different location would have been both appropriate and appreciated.

What was especially concerning was her comment that “no one else wants to stop members, but she will during her schedule,” which suggests this is being handled inconsistently. Front-line staff should be trained to communicate important changes in a way that reflects the value of loyal members rather than making them feel dismissed or replaced.

I likely would have upgraded without hesitation had this been communicated properly. However, being told “you can go to one of our older gyms or find a new one” made me feel unwelcome and has me reconsidering whether to continue my membership at all.

Better training in respectful and customer-centered communication should be a priority, especially for those representing the business at first point of contact.

Very disappointed. Sales staff are fake (i.e. polite at first, and the next day, they're rude). I came for a tour because I wanted to see the gym and decide whether I wanted to join. Camila assisted me and said I could workout that day. That afternoon, I received an email from Fitness Connection with a free 5-day Pass. I thought, ok, I'll go back and checkout the place again. Went in the next day with my pass, showed it yo the front desk clerk, she went back and got Camila. I said hello and showed her the email, and she said she could not honor it and that I needed to purchase a membership. I was going to use my Active & Fit program through my medical insurance, but the way she treated me did not make me feel good about this gym. First and last impressions are important to me. No thank you!
