Great gym. Big, and it had a theater room with treadmills.

Edit: I am beyond disappointed with the cancellation process. Downgrading from 5 stars to 1 star.
I had sent an email several months ago with a follow up that are still ignored to this day.
Today, I called. It said I would wait an estimated 5 minutes, which turned into 15, and then the call just failed. I'm outside of the country so that costed me money. Now I will have to call again.
Edit: I called again and it said it estimated an 8 minute wait, which turned into a 32 minute actual wait (spanish option). So if their estimation was wrong twice in a row, it's probably very frequently wrong. They should take a look at that.
Furthermore, the policy of cancelling 30 days in advance is just pure greed and difficult to keep up with. I was not aware of it, now I have to fork them over another $25 even though I'm out of the country, have injured hands, and haven't been to the gym in months.
They love charging customers as much as possible and making it as hard as possible to cancel.
This process is so cumbersome and impractical and I now understand why my family cancelled this gym membership years ago and never went back. I personally will not be signing up for this gym despite it being very close to my home, unless they happen to make positive changes.

I’ve been going to this gym for about 2 years and everything is great the only complaint I have is that sometimes it’s so hot in that gym! The women’s area especially. I’m already sweating from working out and on top of that the gym is like a sauna no matter how many clothes I wear. Please fix it guys

I want to upgrade my membership so my family could join me at the gym, but I was told there are no family or multi person plans at all-only individual memberships ,That already felt inconvenient,because it means every family member has to buy their own separate plan….then I opened new membership on the 16th for family,the staff failed to inform me that monthly billing is processed on the 1st of each month, I thought I had paid for a full month, but it turned out I was only getting about two weeks of access,that felt unfair and very disappointing,if the staff had explained this clearly from the beginning, I would have made a different decision…. Because of these frustrations, I decided to canceling my membership the end this month and choosing another gym that is more transparent and more family friendly

Went in to ask about adding family members to his membership, and he was told, each person would need to pay a $125 down payment, a $59 annual fee, and a $15 monthly fee. At that point, we might as well join another gym that’s cleaner and better maintained. I wouldn’t have written this review if the staff hadn’t been so rude when we tried to communicate.
