I wouldn’t say this gym is horrible they definitely have a lot of equipment, however, sanitation spray/wipes/towels are limited. They are open late but parking lot is horrifically dark. I highly recommend not paying for a year upfront although it seems like a good deal, I will say it was a waste of my money. I ask if I could put a freeze on my membership due to spraining my ankle and I was informed that I could not, then I had other medical situations arise and couldn’t work out for months, I say if you do go here only pay month to month if the pricing is good or better than other better gym options. I regret going here, they should allow to freeze your membership because anything could happen, if you pay full upfront you cannot. Be wary.

Not a bad spot. Quiet, and not packed full of people every hour.
Biggest complaints:
1. You have to hunt for weight plates. PLENTY of 45s, but the smaller plates are scatter across the gym. Does any staff member ever reorganize these? Same as the dumbbells. It’d be nice if someone organized them every few hours…
2. There is dust and dirt everywhere, cleaning staff could definitely benefit from some windex and squigees for the windows.
3. Mow the grass, and clean up the parking lot. It’s litter city out there.

Decent place though if you want to pay the same exact price as fitness connection or EoS down the road, and come into a dirty disorganized gym.

He’s not “amazing’, He’s rude, wastes my time, & makes me uncomfortable every time I see him. He sat there for 15 minutes giving my girlfriend attitude because he didn’t know how to use the gym’s computer system or something. He always wants to make conversation and take his time ringing people up and expects everybody to be as jolly and social as him when some of us are there to strictly workout and don’t have the time to make friends with the weirdo at the front desk. :)

Besides that, it’s not worth the price and all the equipment needs to be replaced or fixed. Only pros I could name for this place is the owner being respectful enough to apologize for his employees mistakes and it being open 24 hours. Lock in on ur jobs instead of having people who weren’t even there leave reviews on the situation. 🙏🏼

To sum up my entire review….’Armando is amazing’!

I witnessed a customer’s frustration with Armando’s willingness to stick to the process with properly reviewing the customer’s account before they were able to use the facility. While the upset customer was pressing for him to rush and avoid taking care of other walk-in’s in between….i still felt that he gave a warm greeting for a quick moment to helped check me in and then turned his attention back to the frustrated customer. I understand the responsibilities of customer service and so I do believe he did an amazing job with keeping patient and being kind. I’m not sure how long the customer had been working to address this prior to my checkin to get to a point I was able to witness, but I do hope the customer gets their account handled as it should (and I’m sure that it will), but besides this…..almost immediately after the customer made an exit with the member they came with….who also expressed their frustration with Armando’s handling……MY KEYS FELL INSIDE THE STAIR MASTER!!!! While I too could have been upset that there was no help with this until the next day, Armando kindly explained my options and eventually gave enough direction for me to recover my keys soon after with a my relative. So, it’s been a rough night, but you are appreciated 💯

The owner changes monthly rates and adds yearly fees without notice and then lies. The gym isn't clean. My fiance has gotten sick several times after working out because it is so dirty. The machines are not quality machines. He moved to EOS and pays half the price. They have the same weights and much better machines. They also have a clean gym.

First off, 15 dollars for a day pass is kind of insane considering the membership prices being so low. I also find it amazing that 90% of the benches had weights on them with about 10 people in the whole gym. Mad that I can’t give this establishment 0 stars. This is one of the worst gyms you can get a membership for. When signing up I was hit with a $70 membership renewal fee without notice over drafting my bank account resulting in an additional $25 overdraft fee and you’ll also have to pay an enrollment fee in the beginning depending on the period making it overpriced. Don’t believe anyone that says the equipment at Fitness nation in Bedford is maintained and/or new some of their machines have smalls signs of oxidation and RUST not to mention their basketball court has rims that are loose and missing screws. You definitely DO NOT want to get a membership at this gym. I have never took out of my day to give a review until I started going to this gym. Again please do not get a membership at this gym.

Awesome gym. Has every piece of equipment I could possibly need for training every muscle and a nice, spacious layout. Never feels crowded — even in January! Women-only booty pump room is a great bonus and a step above all other women-only weight rooms you’ll see. This one has actual barbells, weights, and equipment for women who train hard and lift legit heavy weights. There’s also a basketball court for those who like to hoop. Membership cost is also amazingly reasonable. I canceled my membership at the EoS in Euless right away when I found this gem!

Fitness Nation is a great gym for me. I’m very into free weights and cables which they have plenty of, the equipment is well taken care of, obviously used and not brand new but I like that feel. My fiancé also signed up with me and she really likes the women only glutes room and I appreciate too so that way she feels comfortable to workout and I don’t have to worry about her. If you are looking for a gym with classes this is not it. They don’t have any classes or trainers but that’s totally fine with me, frees up the parking lot big time. Even during prime time/days it never really gets so busy to the point that you are waiting for a machine. There is plenty to do.

They have loads of equipment and not very many clients, so it is not crowded. It is over priced with a 20 dollar a month price tag, and a 75 dollar yearly fee. In order to start it is 20 with a 20 dollar down payment, making a 40 dollar start price. They also have a heafty 15 dollar single use guest pass. You could also get your friend a week pass but that would be 45 dollars. I dont think the equipment is worth the cost, with so many other great gyms charging half the price for the exact same service.

Fitness Nation is a great body building gym, if that's what you're looking for. I will admit it is not the gym for everyone, but if you're looking to be surrounded by people motivated to achieve their greatest self, then this gym is for you. It is considerably less expensive than the "boujie gyms", so some of the equipment might be missing labels on the weights or be "well loved", but the price is hard to beat. I've been body building for years and as a woman I feel very comfortable in this gym, but then again I'm also confident with weight lifting and my physique. I could see this gym being intimidating for some women who are new to lifting or self-conscious in the gym, but they recently installed a women's-only "Booty Builder" zone with awesome new leg machines. There's also a posing room, basketball, multiple squat racks, and saunas in each locker room. I definitely recommend getting a day pass and checking it out!

This is the best gym in the area hands down. The staff is always friendly and helpful when you need something. The owner is frequently around and always looking for a way to make improvements. He is super nice as well and consistently asks for feedback. Nothing is ever broken or out of order. They consistently keep up on or add new equipment. The place is HUGE. Even during peak hours it never feels slammed you can always find a machine, bench, or weights. I’m from the NYC area and was so picky coming down here finding a gym that had everything I wanted, was clean, friendly people, and good vibes. I think the thing I like most is everyone just goes there to work on themselves. No one videoing themselves, no gym douches grunting with 20lb weights, no naked girls, etc. Music is always on point that if I didn’t have my beats I’d be fine. Cross fit kind of section for functional training. They just created a booty building zone only for woman with all new machines. Sauna is amazing when needed. I live next to EOS fitness in Euless and drive the extra ten minutes to come here. 12/10.

I’m really enjoying all of the recent upgrades including: a new posing room, women’s only booty builder room (filled with new equipment and weights), and a whole bunch of new bars and weights added to the main floor. Not to mention, this is a kid friendly gym. My daughter loves the kids club here. This place has always been pleasant to workout in. That says a lot since I never in a million years thought I would enjoy going to the gym. I’m thankful for this place because it’s given me a safe, judgment free place to achieve my goals.

I’ve been a member of both Arlington and Bedford for almost a decade, never had a problem. Always been clean, plenty of machines available even during the busiest times of day. The 2 main overnight guys Armando and Cameron are good dudes, the rest of the staff have always been helpful too.👍

I’ve been using this gym for almost a year. Not fancy, is well maintained and cleaned daily. The staff is quick to respond to any issues. There are plenty of machines too.
Some minor issues: numbers rubbed off on some of the resistance machines, sometimes other clients park themselves on the machines glued to their phones or visit others on machines. Very minor. Good value.

I really enjoy going to this gym. It has plenty of space, never seems to feel crowded, and any equipment you could ever want. I did only give it 4 stars because I feel that a lot of the equipment is older and needs updating. It does not take away from my workouts, but a lot of the equipment is missing some nonessential things like padding on the handles or the weight numbers are rubbed off. I do wish they had water bottle filling stations as well and not just the old school drinking fountains.

I bought a day pass today and the young girl who helped me was nice and helpful. The gym building is big and it has tons of equipment. I like the extra room that they had with the barbell racks and other cool requirements in there. Overall clean gym that is open 24/7, a nice staff team, and tons of equipment for everyone. They do have a kids' club, sauna, and basketball court.

The front desk workers and owner will bully you. If you want to get bullied or have your loved ones bully come here. The customer service here is horrendous. The main perpetrator is a young lady that works in the front that is extremely rude and condescending. Management should have a better standard for hiring who is at the front end of their business and addresses their customer. Obviously the owner and management do not care for their customer since multiple reviews have mentioned the same person being unpleasant and rude yet do nothing about it.

I went here for the full year that I lived in the area. Mainly worked out in the morning, and never had a problem with equipment availability. I only had to wait for a squat rack maybe 3 times over the course of a year. The other members were always respectful, and the front desk people were helpful.

Signing up and canceling when I moved out of state was very easy. Just had to show up and fill out a form. There aren't any hidden fees throughout the year or when you leave, like some places.

Overall a clean and awesome place to workout.

This is BY FAR the best big-box gym in the area. All of their equipment is fairly new and in excellent condition. The gym is very clean and the equipment is all in good working condition. They have TONS of equipment too so there's almost never a wait for anything, and if there is a wait, there is a similar piece of equipment you can use to sub in. The sauna is hot, clean, and never broken like so many big box gym saunas seem to always be. They also have a huge, separate room with a "jungle gym" style station, and other hard to find equipment. They have mats in that room for stretching (my training partner and I frequently use them to drill jiu-jitsu too). They have punching bags, battle ropes, medicine balls, kettle bells, foam rollers, resistance balls, this gym literally has EVERYTHING you need! They even have a full size basketball court and a group exercise room, plus all the cardio equipment (I never use any of that stuff, but if that's your thing, FN has it too).

I used to live around the corner from this gym and didn't really appreciate it at the time...then I moved to Fort Worth. I thought surely there are other big box gyms close to my new address that will be just as good. NOPE. The LA Fitness close to me is absolute trash. They don't have nearly the equipment, the air conditioning doesn't work (and from their reviews, hasn't worked for years), much of their equipment is old, dirty, missing pieces, etc. It's junk. I cancelled my membership within 3 months of joining. The 24 Hour Fitness locations are better, but overcrowded and the equipment isn't as good as FN. Now, my training partner and I will drive from Fort Worth to Bedford just to lift at Fitness Nation whenever we feel like having a hardcore lifting session.

THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST BIG BOX GYM IN DFW. Trust me. And the rates are very affordable.

Do not sign up. To cancel you must email or go in person. I have emailed several times to try and cancel my subscription but have not gotten a reply. I am not l now going through my bank to get them to stop billing me
