Price: 5 Stars - it's cheap

Equipment Quality: 4 Stars - sometimes damaged equipment can take a few days to be repaired, but I've noticed larger cardio equipment can be out for multiple weeks. It's likely related to ordering parts and having to wait or the inability to diagnose the issue quickly. Most of the equipment is aged, but in good condition and reliable.

Equipment Variety/Availability: 4 Stars ( I argue with myself between 3 or 4 stars )- I do find myself missing some machines I'm used to having at other gyms, but there are alternatives that get me close enough to what I need. There are plenty of free weights and nice variety, but little space to work with them and it's even more restrictive at peak hours. There are 3 cable towers, two of them are connected in the main gym and there is a smaller machine in a side room that's akin to those cheap hotel all-in-one cable machines. The all-in-one cable machine, the cheap hotel kind, is heavily used and the pulleys are frequently fowled up on one side ( left ). I'm sure someone on the staff has the job of fixing that once or twice a week.

Size of the gym: 3 Stars - it's small, which isn't a huge issue until you're trying to get a comprehensive workout around lunch or other peak times. There's a single large room dedicated to exercise classes and a smaller room that has odd equipment. There are also a row of rooms that seem to be related to massages? I rarely see people in there. The size is small enough that equipment is placed close together in a way where if you're tall you need to be careful navigating to avoid hitting your legs and your head.

Staff: 4 Stars - they don't bother you, they'll answer questions, they greet you as you come in. So far they're open at the posted hours, I've never arrived and that staff haven't been there during posted business hours.

Air Conditioning: 3 Stars - it just isn't enough or not turned up enough or the building is just old. The cardio equipment is lined up against the windows, where it is the hottest in the gym.

Parking: 5 stars - nothing to say, seems secure and available.

Other observations: There are weekly classes that seem to be attended, but no yoga classes currently. There are bathrooms, the bathrooms seem clean, with showers. There are lockers and a place to change clothes. There is coffee and a microwave, as well as a water machine with cool water.

I have been a member of this gym for many years and will stay a member as long as they are open. They offer a wide variety of services including many different types of exercise classes, tanning and personal training. They also have an excellent array of equipment including free weights, machines, spin bikes, ropes, and boxing. The staff are very helpful with all equipment and take care to insure that members are using it correctly. Ali is the best as an owner and as a personal trainer! I definitely recommend Fitness Plus to anyone wanting to work on their health goals in a clean, friendly, well equipped local gym!

I love this gym! My entire family works out here. The staff made me feel immediately comfortable and welcome. Any questions I had were answered friendly and professionally. I love the diverse group of members and hate when I miss a day to go!

Love this gym and the people inside of it as well. Very professional and accommodating to its members and non members too! Never have I not been greeted with a warm smile and an occasional shout out of encouragement while exercising!!! Fitness Plus is definitely my gym of choice 👊🏻
