I had contacted Maddy when I wanted to get wedding ready as a bride and I wanted someone to guide me, prioritize me and help me achieve the goals that I had set.
I cannot recommend Maddy as a fitness trainer enough. The change I saw in not only my body but also in my mind and the way I perceive myself was incredible and life changing for me. Maddy worked with me twice a week, gave me the UPMOST attention and gave me the results I wanted. I always looked forward stepping into the gym with her. It was the best and most positive change. Not only is Maddy a great trainer (especially with women’s health) she is a gem of a person. She makes you feel seen, heard and respected. It was the most life changing experience and not only was I wedding ready at the end- I had gained a mentor and developed a love for my body and fitness. She is simply amazing, is an expert and wish her the very best. Could not recommend more!

I’ve been training with Maddy for several months now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. She consistently creates tailored workouts, gives clear guidance on form, and keeps me pushed (in a good way!) so I’m always progressing. The atmosphere is friendly and motivating and each session leaves me feeling accomplished and energized. If you’re serious about getting stronger and staying consistent, I highly recommend her!

Maddy is incredible! The day i stepped in i wasn't sure what to expect but now i feel so confident, happier, and love my body. I cannot recommend my personal trainer Maddy Lew, as I call her, enough. Not only has she helped me strengthen my body but her approach goes beyond just workouts. She is a great listener and truly takes the time to understand my struggles. Maddy incorporates those challenges into a workout plan that is right for me. She also includes boxing and often times yoga in our sessions, providing valuable techniques for relaxation and internal healing. Every session is not only about physical growth but also about mental well-being. I feel stronger and more balanced thanks to her guidance. If you are looking for someone who genuinely cares and knows how to support you on your journey, Maddy is the person to choose.

I’ve had the pleasure of training with Maddy for the past 3 months or so and with every session, I continue to feel so thankful I found her to help me with my goals. Since the start of my weight loss journey, Maddy has been so supportive and compassionate in helping me get to where I aim to be. Recently, I have been met with some challenges to my overall health (to say the least), and she has helped me in managing my diet and exercise regimen. Both have truly made a difference in how I look, but most importantly how I feel!
I have grown to really enjoy the gym (coming from a complete homebody!) and I am so glad that I have the support of such a great trainer. Maddy’s positive energy and open minded approach to fitness continue to inspire me to work harder towards my goals. If you’re looking for a great trainer, ask for Maddy!! :)

She has a very comprehensive and wholistic approach that helps clients not only meet their fitness goals, but move on to lead healthier lives both in and out of the gym. She understands the complexity of the human body and consistently shows that she is compassionate in dealing with people that are going through rough patches in life, using fitness and lifestyle choices to improve their quality of life. She is passionate about lifelong education, constantly striving to stay up to date on research to better serve her clients, which I really appreciate. We always have good discussions about shared clients where we brainstorm how best to help clients get out of pain and crush their goals. Maddy has been a valuable resource in helping me get back into a fitness routine after an injury. Her workouts are fine tuned to be challenging but not unreasonable for my level of fitness. She has a great sense of how to push without being encouraging at the same time. I appreciate how she was able to help me get results in such a short time. Highly recommended!

I am so thrilled to have met Maddy. Never having set foot in a gym before, it was a big deal for me to take that first step and work with a personal trainer to improve my overall health and aesthetic. Undoubtedly, it was the best decision I made because the one-on-one training is priceless. And now, to my surprise, I actually enjoy going to the gym!
I have been working with Maddy for about 2 months and have already noticed significant changes in how I look, and more importantly, how I feel. I never realized how much impact exercise and movement can have on a person’s mental peace and focus. Maddy has such a wonderful aura and energy. She is supportive, positive, and a great friend to talk to about any questions or concerns you may have. She is an expert at encouraging you to give it your all but ensures you never feel overwhelmed. Gradually, I learned how to use different machines and complete various exercises through her guidance. I've been training with Madison for a few months now and have seen some great progress, despite a physical injury. She approaches things very holistically with your body, injury history and diet in mind. I've learned loads about nutrition from her and she makes useful PDFs on diet and meal ideas. We have a balance of stretching (yoga/pilates/assisted stretching) along with strength and balance training on my legs and upper body. Overall a very good experience and looking forward to continue training with Madison.

I had never been to a gym before, and as an introvert, it took me some courage to start. But now, after just four months, I am so glad I did, and even happier that Maddy is my personal trainer.
Maddy pushes me to improve while making sure I feel comfortable and supported. Thanks to her guidance, I’m making progress every day. I used to have knee pain, but my knees have gotten stronger, and the pain is completely gone. I feel fitter than ever, and I absolutely love it.
Maddy also provides incredible nutrition advice that has been truly eye-opening. With her help, I lost 13 pounds in the first 2.5 months!
What I love most about Maddy is her personality. She is incredibly welcoming, positive, and warm. Even on days when I feel mentally down, her training sessions always lift me up and leave me feeling better.
If you’ve been hesitant about starting your fitness journey, especially as a beginner like me, I can’t recommend Maddy enough. She has truly changed my life for the better!

maddy is one of my favorite health and fitness coaches to work with. in addition to her top-tier vibe, she’s a hype woman through and through. she sees in you the limitlessness that you might not see in yourself and pushes you to see that, too. on top of that, maddy is beyond brilliant. she knows what she’s talking about and breaks down the biomechanics and anatomy to better understand what is happening in the body and how to harmonize with it. she has just the right balance of discipline while having fun. it’s more than just a workout with maddy. its the marrying of a lifestyle change and a mindset that ripples into every other aspect of your life. 10/10 can recommend

I've been working with Maddie for about two months now, and the impact the sessions have had on my confidence and body image is incredible. Not only have I become physically stronger, but I've also developed a healthier relationship with my body, thanks to her holistic approach. Maddie understands how to push me to my limits in a way that's motivating rather than overwhelming, offering support along the way, and always emphasizing technique and progress over quantity of reps. Quality over quantity like she always says. She mixes up my workouts to address some physical imbalances that I have due to past injuries. I was never a gym person but because of Maddie, I have started liking going to the gym. So enjoy my training with Maddy! She’s always prepared with customized workouts that target the area and muscle set where I need help. She is attentive to good form and correct technique to avoid injury and maximize results. Within a few weeks of working with Maddy, I noticed increased range of motion, significant gains in strength and endurance, and more confidence and willingness to try new exercises and new machines. I train with Maddy three times a week and attend her Core classes. Each session is well worth it! I come away stronger and fitter each time! Thoroughly pleased!

LOVE training with Maddy! I get a great workout in each time. One of my favorite things we do is stretching/ light yoga before and after our workouts! Feel AMAZING when we’re done!
