As someone who had never set foot in a gym before, I was always so nervous at the thought of joining ANY gym. The fear of judgement always got the best of me until i started going to Fitness 4! I’ve been going to Fitness 4 for a year now and all I can say is that I truly enjoy this gym. The staff has always been so welcoming and supportive during my fitness journey and i couldn’t be more appreciative! They truly care for every one of their gym goers and work hard to make sure everyone’s needs are met! The cometary in the gym makes you feel like you’ve known everyone there for years! So so happy that I joined!💪🏼

Great gym. They have memberships that will meet your needs and it's easy to renew.

Great staff and equipment. Gym is kept clean and offers short term deals if you’re only in town for a few days. Also, the gym offers 24 hr access. The gym is in a small building, but they made it work and organized the equipment well.

Fitness 4 is a very clean gym, the equipment is great, the one worker is always on his toes keeping busy selling memberships, and the owner of Fitness 4 is very nice and respectful. I would recommend if you are looking for somewhere to workout and you live or are just passing through Cotulla to stop at Fitness 4.

Probably one of the best gym I’ve been to. The equipment is all top notch you’d think your in a commercial gym. it just shows how much the owner cares for the gym and people who attend. I won’t be surprised to see fitness 4 all across texas in the next couple years👍🏽

Nice gym went in 3 weeks ago and got a week pass and they have charged for 2 extra weeks said they would refund my money last week and stop the auto payment but here we are again with another charge guess I’ll just have to cancel my debit card

Been at this gym for almost 2 yrs and i can honesly say this one is the best one yet. It’s always clean, the racks are always put up, you see people get motivated by each other and let’s not forget the owner! Really chill, understanding and helps with everyone with their workouts! Sends us all emails with workouts and discounts, idk what other gym will do this, but this one is by far the best one!!

Great place to workout, can mess with the tunes. Has heavy weights for power, and plenty of machines and cardio equipment. I couldn't find a workout i cannot do with the equipment. It's a great price for a 24 hour gym.

Being that I work across the street, the convenience of having a gym that close is beyond great. Rey Anthony, the owner, is always willing to help and will actually show you how an exercise is done. I've been to a few gym's in my time and have never had that hands on experience available. The environment is second to none and I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a healthier life style. Keep up the amazing job!!!

I've been to a lot of gyms around the us, this for sure is my favorite gym!!! Rey/owner makes different kind of competition that motivate you to challenge/test yourself compete with the whole gym! that ofcourse when I was there i was 1st lol won a yeti cup and a shirt! Good motivation! Perfect gym if you're new to working out or new to starting a fitness journey! He keeps your on track! Provides you with videos and emails of workouts! 💪💪💪
