Needed a place to training while working in the area, this gym fitted the bill perfect. Fantastic old school gym no frills just hard grit. If your serious about weight lifting this is the gym for you I will be signing up again when im ever in fortworth TX.

Good place to go if you are serious about weight lifting. They have some old school machines I have not seen in years. People here seem serious about working out. No weggie pants or any instafluencers that I have seen yet. There are no locker rooms and one bathroom so plan ahead! Not sure if they have AC so be prepared to sweat

I enjoyed seeing old photos of this place on instagram shared by the old owner I do think it has the same atmosphere of EOS fitness if you ever been with a little more gear if you know what I mean it was sad to hear what happened though I’ll still be going with friends regularly

My buddy zaiid dad used to own the gym and since then it has upgraded very nicely but I would love to see z there now since they've blown up. Not a lot of competition there but definitely a great place to get started and once again nice upgrades.

I use JCT and go 3-4x a week Noah (owner) always has new machines comming in and I love to try them all out to see what works me best. 5 machines can all be for the exact same muscle group but 1 is always better than the next for me.
Joseph collinsworth trainning (my trainner) is always avaliable 24/7 for any questions that I have and together him and the gym are a perfect match for me!!!

Place is amazing if you are serious about your lifting. Everyone here is doing their thing and very loud. Music is always blaring and the weights are clanging; sounds of a real hardcore gym. Please bring your water bottle full because it a beast mode place. Not your average gym.

My friend tony told me the people here are rude. He said that they got on to him for being too fit saying he was intimidating others and he was lifting too loudly. Neither him nor I want to intimidate others we just like working out. And are you kidding. Lifting too loudly? What's wrong with people. I wanted to go here because its close,but now i feel like i won't be welcomed

This White Settlement Gym is an absolute godsend. I have been looking for a place to workout close to home that had that old school feel. I was not looking for a boutique gym full of people that are already Fit. I was looking for that old-school grind, a place to throw weight, a place to better myself and achieve my fitness goals. Flex-It Gym Is definitely my new favorite Gym. They have free weights, isolation equipment, cross fit, and all the cardio equipment you need.The owner Joe offers training so you can keep advancing and smashing through your personal goals. His knowledge is endless. The personal attention you get from him, and his staff deserves much more than just five stars. They offer a 12 month discount, corporate discounts, as well as a family plan. I can’t recommend the Flex It Gym enough. Best Fort Worth Gym by far! Joe thank you and you team for providing White Settlement the business it desperately needed:)
