Clean facility and plenty of room to work out even when it gets busy. They have been so friendly with me with any questions. The shower rooms are super nice and clean. There's different sized lockers, which is nice because I usually come with 2 bags because I come from work 😂 Everyone keeps to themselves and there's nobody judging anybody. Glad I started coming here. 🤙

I love this gym. It’s not crowded; I never have to wait for equipment. I LOVE the cold plunge and infrared tanning beds they just added and the sauna.

Everyone that I have met whether they work here or work out here has been super friendly… I love the layout and the variety that this place can offer! Great families that own and run it. Largest saunas that I’ve seen in Parker County!! I love that there is a bucket of water so you can make it more humid in the room and that you’re able to change the lighting so if you really just wanna really relaxing time… There is plenty of space so even at one point when there were five people in the sauna (they have 2 saunas) with me, it didn’t feel packed. The frosting on the doors helps it stay super private and I love that there was a little stool to keep my phone close by for headphones, but not have to take my phone into the sauna with me.

Wish I had taken pictures of all of the other areas for sports or the gym area… I just don’t like to take pictures with other people if I can avoid it. 10 out of 10 will be back!!

Love that they have lockers of different sizes that you can use. I also love that the bathrooms are all inclusive so you can fully get ready to work out or clean up and get ready to either go to work or go to an event after hitting the gym!

Flex Fitness is a great new gym with awesome staff that keeps the place nice and clean. There is enough big weights and isolation machines as well as cardio that I need to use more.

When I joined Flex, I was looking for a place where the integrity of the gym, the policy, and its staff were focused on true health. It’s so very obvious that I joined the right place.

Everything from the equipment to the management (Payden, Jaycee) are the very best.

Payden trains me 4 days a week and his experience and knowledge is the best I’ve ever experienced.

Flex is most definable the place you need to park yourself for physical and mental gains and goal accomplishment.

Flex is a wonderful place, my whole family has truly enjoyed it!
Jaycee is the best trainer! She is extremely encouraging, knowledgeable & pushes you to reach your goals. She simply wants to best for her clients!!
The facility and equipment is top notch, with an enjoyable gym environment.
My kids have participated in some of the sport and conditioning camps and absolutely loved them!

The environment is welcoming and motivating. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter, you’ll feel comfortable here. The music is always on point, and there’s a great mix of people. The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to give advice or assist if needed. The separate men/woman saunas and the individual bathrooms with personal showers is a major plus!

So glad to have a gym as nice as Flex Fitness so close to home! Jaycee is an amazing trainer who truly cares about her clients physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. The sauna is amazing and it is so convenient having wellness providers on-site to be able to get an IV when needed.
