Coming to see Eric at Flip Fit has been such a joy and blessing! This guy really knows his stuff.

Here’s the results I’ve experienced since being with Eric for nearly a year:

The decrease in pain in my hips and lower back came within 3 months of being consistent with the program. I had a few flare ups when I started, and we worked through them correctly. This approach is different from other programs because I first needed to learn how to align my body and then contract and breathe appropriately in that position. It sounds easy, but when you have a whole bunch of stacked up injuries this workout is more than enough for you. Eric’s skill set to guide you through this phase is crucial. He cares and he’ll study your injury or limitation to get your workout program right for you. I personally needed to video record my sessions and upload them to the app to understand what Eric was trying to teach me. It’s a whole paradigm shift, persistence, and patience to do this program, honestly. If you’re looking to get 6 pack abs and bench press the equivalent of a cow’s body weight overnight, this might not be the program for you. This program focuses on proper stacking and alignment of your body in order to build your joint mobility and muscle strength. What I call “long-term strength and health.”

After I got through the injuries, I was able to increase to harder exercises to increase my strength. The results have been tremendous: working a full day with kids and not being exhausted at the end of the day, driving with no pain, getting all the housework done without pain/exhaustion, and having energy to spare on the weekends to have fun (3 hours of rock climbing! Woo hoo!). My arms are strong, my back, shoulders, hips, and legs are all strong. I’m not ripped like Eric yet, but one day! Thanks Eric, for getting educated on all these small details so that you can help your El Paso community be healthier and stronger. You have a gift and I pray all the right people who are ready to learn and need your help will find your gym!

Our 3 year old was recommended physical therapy, in part due to delayed ability to jump steadily, last year. Due to scheduling conflicts, we could not proceed with physical therapy and we trialed FlipFit with Coach Eric. Within weeks we saw noticeable changes with our son's ability to climb the ladder independently, climb ramps independently, run up wedge mats, and jump from them landing on two feet. His physical stamina, upper and lower body strength, coordination, and balance have all tremendously improved. Coach Eric engaged our 3 year old in a way that enabled our son to retain proper technique despite pausing two months for summer vacation. Highly recommend trialing Flipfit and Coach Eric.

I'm sooo glad that I decided to give FlipFit a try! As someone who typically works with weight-lifting coaches, I can confidently say that I may not be going back to regular weight-lifting after experiencing the benefits of FlipFit. For years, I've struggled with persistent neck and shoulder pain, but in just a few sessions at Flip Fit, I found relief! Not only have I noticed a remarkable improvement in my strength and flexibility, but I'm also thrilled to share that I am no longer in pain, and my posture has significantly improved (it needed a lot of help!). I love that the exercises are short and sweet (usually no longer than a minute or no more than 10 reps) and the sequences are tailored to my body.
I love the fact that they're not your usual strengthening exercises, sometimes I don't even know how I can be so tired from barely moving...
The best part is when you suddenly realize you can now pick up your niece without much lower back fuss or do a full push up without having practiced them much during training...
FlipFit works, and you'll get functionally stronger without jumping and sweating and running around for an hour... 🥳

Can’t say enough good things about Coach Eric and his training program at FlipFit! I have never found a fitness program I could stick with as I have health issues and physical limitations that would almost always lead to injuries….until now! With Eric’s guidance, I am finally able to workout regularly without injury. I am relearning how to move my body the “correct” way and getting so much stronger in the process.

I am so happy with the progress I’ve made in just under 3 months and I have seen HUGE improvements to both my physical and mental health. Definitely would recommend Coach Eric & FlipFit to anyone looking to start their fitness journey!

I’m 59 years old and had major back surgery in October of 2022. I went to Eric Klauss at Flip Fit to help me with me recovery. I am now 2 month into training and doing amazing! Our daughter has been going to the little ninjas class at FlipFit and she really enjoys it. A weightlifting injury in January left my right shoulder and arm almost useless. I’d been to PTs, doctors, even a neurologist for nerve damage, and nothing really helped much. I was offered surgery as my last option. I’m glad I didn’t choose that path though. Instead I looked around online and found Flipfit. The mission aligned with what I was looking for, and Eric’s background in gymnastics means he really understands body mechanics and how to regain function after injuries like mine. I’ve been working with Eric for about 4 months now, and I’ve seen so much dramatic improvement in my shoulder, it’s crazy. I can lift things with my right arm again. I can reach overhead. I’m learning to use my shoulder correctly in a way that won’t do further damage. And the sessions are challenging, but he makes it fun and keeps things positive always. I’m very happy with the progress I’ve made and look forward to my sessions. I can’t recommend Flipfit enough.

FlipFit is an awesome gym! I’ve been weight training for a few years and have been wanting to work more calisthenics into my training. Flipfit is a great hybrid between the two. They focus a lot on mobility and strength and there are different progressions so it works great for people who are new to fitness, and those that have been working on it a while. I thought I already knew a lot, but I am constantly learning new things. I wish I had joined this gym earlier, can’t recommend enough!

Flip Fit is by far one of the best decisions I have ever made hands down! You feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in and let me tell you, after working all night all I want to do is sleep but that all melts away when lm here. I've done both the classes and personal training sessions and both are amazing experiences. I've never felt lost or singled out for needing extra help with any of the exercises. Eric is an amazing coach who genuinely cares and strives to help you reach your goal. His insanely positive attitude and energy are contagious and he has helped me strengthen my leg/hip without stressing it out. If you're looking for a different type of workout with an all amazing staff (especially Martha at the front desk who keeps me hyped!) then I highly recommend flip flit. You wont regret it! Our son had absolutely fantastic birthday party at FlipFit. The team was so helpful during our set up and once the kids arrived, everyone was having a great time. The kids were moving which is great, but the games had the kids working together to complete the tasks. Sweat, team building and problem solving and the kids were smiling! We couldn’t have asked for more. As we drove away, my son asked if he could have his next birthday party at FlipFit. About a year ago I strained my SI and was unable to run, lift weights or do yoga without experiencing excruciating pain. Needless to say all activities had to come to a screeching halt. After 8 weeks of intensive Chiropractic care and physical therapy Dr. Wardy finally released me to start training… limiting me to only bodyweight training and suggesting that I train with Eric Klauss of Flip Fit.

Being a certified personal trainer of 30 years and a licensed massage therapist of 23 years I have in depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology and I’m very critical of and have high expectations of other trainers. I was very impressed with Eric’s knowledge base, skill set and attention to detail. During my initial session he conducted a very thorough assessment, movement screen and explained the programming for which he thought would be appropriate for me at this time. Eric and his team of coaches are personable and truly care about each of their students. There’s ALWAYS a warm welcome, you feel like a family member at Flip Fit. With each session you can count on ongoing communication, detailed blocks of instruction, words of praise, encouragement, and support through the challenging workouts. When I started Flip Fit I was still experiencing mild to moderate SI pain with certain movements. Within a matter of two weeks all pain stopped and I was amazed at how quickly I progressed… my strength, mobility, balance and endurance improved and I was mastering skills that I never thought possible. Flip Fit is an amazing program in and of itself, but you reap maximum benefits when adding it as an adjunct to whatever your sport/activity may be. Flip Fit creates BETTER, BALANCED BODIES!
