Nicely ran facility but recently had my daughter mention how her teachers bottom is always showing. Considering they’re working with small children it would seem more profesional if they wore more appropriate bottoms. Other than that the program is ran really nice.

Great first impression! Our daughter spent a few months at another gym a few years ago. We were disappointed with a few things, but mainly with the lack of skill she had learned. Especially when she learned more in 1 weekend at a campsite with her cousins! So, we have put off finding another gym for her for years. We decided last month to give it another try and registered her with Flips. ALL GYMS ARE NOT CREATED EQUAL! This gym is a well-oiled machine and the instructors are there to work! She learned so much in her first hour at Flips and was even performing an assisted back handspring 30 minutes in. She was able to put immediate confidence and trust in the instructors and she had a blast! I would highly recommend Flips to anyone!

It is amazing to see how much progress our daughter has made! The teachers are sweet, kind and not to mention patient with the kids.
If you’re looking for affordable fitness activities for your kids this is the place. They offer summer programs, Fun Friday’s for friends and holiday programs.

A fantastic place to take your kids to help them develop strength, agility, and coordination in a fun atmosphere. The parents all watch the fun (and shoot video) from the viewers gallery while the staff does all the hard work. There are multiple levels of classes as kids grow and develop. Absolutely worth it!
