On top of that is huge and full of kids screaming and no music either , honestly if your looking for a basic kid friendly gym go for it , but if your someone who wants to get a great workout in and work out hard don’t do it lol

It ultimately wasn't for me as a permanent home, but I'll definitely visit should I need to train up and the home gym doesn't have a piece

I was a member of The Forge when it was on 146, left town and came back to find it came under new management. I am very impressed with the facilities and the team at The Forge now. I am even more impressed with Joey, he takes time to make everyone feel welcome but also to answer questions and provide advise to those who ask even on his personal time during his workouts. Joey was a big reason my first time at The Forge was so pleasant and welcoming. Will be referring people in the future.

So, I've been going to forge gym for about 2 years now. Now, that they have moved to their new location the gym is staying cleaner and Joey works hard to to keep things picked up and it's nice to have a friendly staff member. They have gotten some new equipment that i wasn't sure how to work properly. Joey and Jennifer are the only one able to show me how to use them properly. Looking forward to seeing what other positive changes they will make.

My favorite gym in the area! They just opened two new locations and my favorite is the 3180 location. The employees are all very knowledgable, Joey is our go-to for any questions. He’s always willing to show how equipment works, answer any membership questions, and is very friendly. Both gyms are kept clean and equipment is maintained. We always feel so comfortable, the vibe is inclusive and open. We appreciate having these locations and the employees!

Definitely my favorite gym in the area! Especially love it when the weather is nice and they open the big bay doors. 10/10 gym experience!!! I used to work out in Planet Fitness, got tired of it cuz people were hogging the equipment and slacking in the gym. But when my friends recommended me this gym, I fell in love with it and started working out for months😊. Very friendly staff and chill people around. The bad things though in the gym is, whoever is punching the wall in the men’s restroom please f•••• off, you’re just ruining it for everybody and it’s not funny!!!😡

Terrible customer service , my friend and I were treated as children and the manager is so rude I was on a time limit cause my friend had to be somewhere soon nobody was at the front of the gym so that my friend could pay because she did not have a membership so we proceeded with intention to pay once we seen someone to help us after we begin to work out he approached us in a rude manner and scolded us as if we were children even after we told him that we were trying to pay DONT GO TO THIS GYM !

Great gym! It's not covered in mirrors and there's inspirational clips of body builders to help motivate and educate you during your workout. The owner is one of a kind and you really should get to know Clint he is a knowledgeable very down to earth no BS kind of person. What you see is what you get.

My son needed a trainer who could help condition and strengthen, something most coaches struggle with due to lack of knowledge. Knowledge is power, my son has improved and he’s getting a better understanding of how and why versus someone on the sideline saying just do it. Best gym in town!

Nice place to workout but I relocated and could use the services any longer. The owner sends me a picture of a card with his email and after reaching a web site I find no mention of cancelation policy. Now they won't stop billing me and hou sing me. I needed to cancel my membership and when I showed up to the gym I waited at the front desk for several minutes before Clint finally walked up to me and he very rudely said “are you looking for me?” He acted very angry that I had disturbed whatever he was doing. When I told him I needed to cancel his attitude continued, he shoved a business card in my face and pointed to an email like I was supposed to remember their cancellation policy. I would have asked over the phone but I was sent straight to voicemail when I tried calling.
