We are a studio that offers yoga, barre, and low impact weight classes to the community of Lake Jackson Texas.
The motivation behind the movements we choose is to amplify overall health and better functioning bodies.
Our studio has a handful of wonderful and knowledgeable teachers, each with a different style of teaching.Come Try them all.
Our studio uses a reservation system. The app we use is called Glofox. You can download it on and Apple or Android phone and easily reserve your spot in out classes.
Located on the backside of Dominos pizza, and right next to Nenas tacos.

I have been attending classes at Form and Function yoga for a few months. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and caring. The functional yoga has been the best for me, I feel so much stronger all over but especially in my back. Went last night to pick up salt for my water system (6 40lb bags) and my back said ‘no problem’. Thanks Taylor!

Just want to thank you again for a great class. I struggle with neck and shoulder tightness, (probably from how I sleep and also where I carry stress! Lol). For the first time in a month, after class today, my right shoulder feels loose and pain free! Those flip dogs were more therapeutic than a massage!! Thanks again!

We’re so lucky to have a place like this in our community. Everything about this place is so welcoming. There are classes for everyone and the instructors are all super knowledgeable. I literally quit going to the chiropractor since I started yoga here.

Such a calming and motivating place to work out, build community, and take care of your mind and body. Truly a boutique workout experience! The teachers are so knowledgeable and encouraging and the diversity of classes provides something for every body and every mood.

Fabulous teachers. All very well trained. Best yoga classes I have ever attended. I 100000% recommend this studio. In addition to yoga, they have other classes. I attend sculpt class with Melissa. Melissa is a great motivator. The classes are hard but so worth it.
