My trainer, JC, is hands down the best, knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in helping you reach your goals. Couldn’t ask for a better place to train!

Great gym, it’s always clean! There is a studio for stretching & classes, main gym floor, child care, a shop to buy protein and preworkout shakes, and a sauna! The staff is friendly, as well. I felt comfortable immediately as a beginner gym-goer!

I’ve been a member for a few years know and I’ve had a great experience. I enjoy the fact that they are consistent with the schedule of their morning classes which was an issue I had at 1440. Melissa and Ben are great GRIT instructors. An additional class on Friday would be awesome but I’m not complaining.

The owner made me feel uncomfortable and some of the staff. They never wanted to greet me but everyone else around me. Felt like I was bullied here.

Great environment, everyone is always friendly and welcoming! Good music not too loud, has awesome child care, trainers available & is open 24/7 to members. What more do you need?

Update: since new location opened, it does get busier than I remember, especially very early in the morning and around 6pm as expected. There’s a lot of classes offered now including Zumba, BYOB (build your own body), GRIT and Body Pump (there might be more I’m not sure). I really enjoy the group fitness classes!

Pretty small gym not a lot of space for any exercises without machines, and they only have about 2 of a small amount of machines the staff was pretty nice but the starting fees aren’t worth the space and overall experience.

It's clean but lacking any back machines other than cables and lat pulldown. During the key fob switch, I wound up locked out, geekin on pre-workout. After not being able to get anyone on the phone. I get regular e-mails threatening collections, one of which I replied and of course nothing. Flex24 or Paynes gym if you reading reviews.

If you don’t specifically ask about their pricing or haggle with them you get placed in the highest bracket for monthly charges. If you try to cancel you best hope to go in person because they rarely answer their phone and suggest you contact them through email or social media after you owe them and they threaten to send you to collections.

Don’t pay for the ability to cancel your membership cause it’s impossible and they continue to charge you.

I recommend finding another family owned business. Don’t waste your time.

In regards to the business response the team member kept talking and talking about, “just pay your bill” (most recent charge since my card declined for September which I don’t go anymore since like April or earlier) and saying I should of reached out by social media to cancel is they don’t answer their phones.

Why would I call you back just to be talked down too first? I admit I lost it at the end seeing you only care to continually charge for unused services that has for a good while been trying to cancel.

FYI it’s a month to month membership they have some hidden scheme to make you responsible for a year.

The pros, it’s always clean and kept up, they have child care. The cons, a bit on the expensive side for the size of the gym, not much bigger than a high school gym. They lock you into a contract and it’s a headache to try to get out even after your contract is up. The staff here is not very helpful, I usually saw them gravitate more towards the younger ladies than actually checking on everybody there. If your looking for a gym this is worth a look but keep it on the back of your list.

I have been a member 2 years. Front desk helpful, child care is great (Sam, Julie, Hayley). And a great 24 hr location for this community. Its not a huge gym but has the necessary equipment. Stop by to check it out. The customers and employees are friendly.

I really like this gym! The staff here are super friendly, and all the equipment is new. The building is always clean, as well as the bathroom. Even though the gym is smaller it always seems to be plenty of equipment for the size of crowd in there. They have benches, and dumbbells up to 100lbs. They have a Smith machine, cable training machine, treadmills, and a good variety of other equipment. I especially like the no commitment month to month program. Its 43 dollars for the month and it starts kn the day you pay, sonyou never miss days you pay for if your not in town.

Worst gym in the area. Bunch of thieves. I called them twice in a period of 2 months, once to downgrade my membership the second time to cancelled it. None of them where honored. I get a call back months after saying my memebership was past due. Childcare is a joke, there's a minor/young adult taking care of the children. She let my baby cry for almost 30 minutes without letting me know.

Overall I would consider this a bad experience. My trainer was insulted that I didn't follow all of his advice. Another day he said something offensive to me so I let him know, then he decided to preach to me about how wrong I was for the rest of the hour. I went with advice from a guy with 2 PhD's. Learned a little bit about lifting and I was happy with that. Since that trainer no longer wanted to work with me I went and canceled my membership and they charged me $100. I was under the impression I could stop it at anytime but they failed to mention the cancellation fee. I won't be back.

We were on auto pay and after my husbands 6 month contract ended they renewed the contract with no authorization but stopped autopay. So the whole time we thought okay we were good bc we werent getting charged, until collections called us. They renewed the contract and put us as not paying the monthly charge and all the late fees. Not ONCE did they ever try to contact us by phone, mail or email. They said it must of went to junk mail but that is such a copout. A phone call to even authorize the renewal or even to put it in a contract we never received. Almost $400 was going to go into collections unless we paid $132.01 to be forgiven! And of course we paid the theives.

This gym rocks!!! If you're looking for a state of the art gym this is the place for you. The staff is sooooooo helpful and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home....
