SWEAT! PAIN! MOTIVATION! This was my trial session at this location 6 years removed from being a member in Fort Worth and I tell you Jenny is the instructor of the year!

This location is perfect to get a quick 30 minutes of station cardio, with weight training and muscle fatigue exercises. Military Bootcamp DOES NOT compare. Getting mashed by a drill instructor doesn’t hurt this GOOD. Plus, Your fellow students are highly motivating and the sessions really get your heart rate up.

When you come join this gym, do not try to keep up with the Lady from Chicago unless you’re a hard charger! Stay in your lane but push yourself beyond your normal limit and I guarantee you achieve your personal objectives!!!

The tag team of Jenny and Jen make this early morning session worth your wakeup and really get you satisfaction to start your day. Get Some!

The floor at Fitbody is neurologicaly brilliant. It is first firm yet soft and forgiving easy on the joints especially getting up and down. Great for stretch and roll around on the floor. Neurologically the slight instability due to the softness drives the proprioception of the joints forcing the body to constantly make micro adjustments of core stability throughout the workout, this has you working harder and developing balance and core strength without even realizing you are doing it. As a Chiropractor working in and around the fitness world for over 4 decades fit body boot camp Frisco has my I highest endorsement.

I just took an outdoor Saturday class with them at the Granite Park boardwalk. Jenny was awesome! She made a point to introduce herself, explain the class, and talk to me/encourage me/challenge me throughout the HIIT Tabata class. I appreciate this because I tend to go to classes by myself and everyone else seems to be in a group of friends or family. I really appreciate her professionalism and kindness. The class was great and I'm sweating like crazy.

I am a nurse practitioner and understand the importance of exercise well but for some reason, I was never able to be consistent with my work out routine. I never felt connected to any gym I joined. Im glad there’s a fit body opened near me. Its been over a year for me after having my baby who is now 1. I just became a member after my free trial and I just love the atmosphere here! I was pretty nervous on my first day at Frisco Fit Body Boot Camp. My friend had been encouraging me for a while to give it a try. I had never done HIIT training before and had no idea what to expect. However, I went from being scared to go to the gym to making it my favorite part of the day. The staff is extremely friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. The members are also welcoming, creating a generally awesome and positive vibe. The trainers work with you based on your strengths and weaknesses, adapting their approach as you progress. I definitely feel I’m getting my moneys worth! My old workout studio closed down and everyone were trying out different options. Thanks to Kim, we tried out Frisco FBBC and made an instant decision to enroll. Of course having known faces around made it easy but the coaches and their genuine efforts to help make us better versions of ourselves kept us going. The fact that the classes are only 30 min with multiple options in a day helps squeeze them in conveniently and maintain consistency. The energy in the classes is contagious and the coaches always try to make the sessions challenging and fun at the same time. Within a few months, not only have I seen huge gains in my muscle mass (thanks to the added nutrition guidance by the coaches) but I have also gained a new sense of confidence and emotional balance in my overall well being. I look forward to my 5.30 AM class every morning (crazy! and am glad to have some other crazies! join me every morning.. hehe!). I cannot express enough how grateful I am to this supportive community, for encouraging me to push my limits and become a healthier, stronger and happier me!

One day my eyes met the coach Jenny and just had a little moment. I decided to go in and talk to her - like nothing time turned me into this new version of myself.
