I’ve met a lot of trainers in my life but Mike is hands down the best. Professionally, he mixes up the workouts, keeps things interesting, and knows more about fitness than anyone else. I started with Mike back in March timeframe. I can honestly say he’s changed my life for the better! I look forward to our workout sessions - he pushes me to the max but also understand and respects when my body or an injury needs rest. I've been training with Mike for ~10months now. I came to him ~20yrs after a motorcycle accident that resulted in major nerve damage to my right arm leaving it with muscles that may never work again... I had no idea what to expect or even if I could ever effectively train again. My time so far has been transformative. Muscles that are there have grown, muscles i didn't think would ever work again from atrophy are coming around, and range of motion is the best it's ever been. Mike understood my situation, adapted to it and continues to help me acheive things I had counted out for the rest of my life. The nicer body and all the clothes I've had to replace are icing on the cake.

Mike is a great coach, a great person and I'd highly recommend him to anyone thats looking to kick start their journey.

I’ve been training with Mike T. for several
years and he is hands down the best trainer I have ever worked with. Mike is one of the most positive and hard working people I know and that is a big part of why I have stayed with him. His amazing attitude bleeds into each and every workout, both in 1 on 1 sessions as well as group classes. There have been countless days where I just didn’t feel like I had the energy to do the work but he always finds a way to push you and you leave feeling 1000x better than when you walked in.

If you need a trainer, Mike is the guy to go see.

Lastly, Frontline Training as a gym is excellent. For me it’s the perfect mix of a your usual big name gym machines with a little old school iron mixed in as well as functional training pieces. Mike has built a great spot in Kyle where anyone can get an awesome workout in.

I've had a great experience at Frontline Training. It's nice to have a place to go where I can work out 1 on 1 , I wouldn't have gotten the same experience at a commercial gym. The owner, Mike, is very encouraging and pleasant to be around. I recommend this location for people who have not worked out in a while and want to get back into it, but don't know where to start.

I trained with Mike Trevino for several months after I moved to Kyle. I have to say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a trainer! He’s awesome and truly cares about each client. He was very attentive the entire time throughout the workout and makes sure you are doing the exercises correctly.. hes so genuine and easy to talk to… the conversation made the time just fly by! I’ve had other trainers in the past and they seemed to get distracted and start visiting with other trainers during my exercise time.. He gives you his undivided attention! Mike is so positive and motivating and I always looked forward to working out, which is something I struggled with on my own. Since I’m older, I wasn’t sure what to expect as far as results, but I definitely got stronger and saw definition of my muscles.. I can’t say enough good things about him! His fees are very reasonable and he helps you with nutrition and eating correctly as well.. I recently moved away from the area unfortunately, but I’m continuing to incorporate what I learned the best I can..

Erica is the best trainer I’ve ever had. She refuses to let me call myself fat and she empowers me and pushes me to work my hardest. Because of her I have learned to be more kind to myself. Her workouts are fun but also effective and she makes sure to switch them up so they are never boring. I love using the nice equipment in the studio and the atmosphere is amazing. They play the perfect type of music for working out and I know that whoever walks in the door while I’m working out will not judge me and will cheer me on.

I love this place, and Erica is fabulous! Her enthusiasm and energy is motivating. She doesn't have me complete any workouts that she hasn't completed herself, and she practices what she preaches.

The facility is great. It has a huge variety of rigs, weights, and cardio machines. It is CLEAN and a welcoming environment. I highly recommend Frontline Training. It is my new favorite place for training.

I can't say it enough, I would always say there is nothing enjoyable about working out. I am not motivated to workout on my own. I will be a lifer to attend sessions with Mike but that's okay because he gets results. In 3 months he has gotten me down 4 dress sizes and all the while taking my complaining the whole time. He tackles each of our sessions with a smile and positive attitude.

Where do I start?! Mike is the 4th personal training I’ve had in my life and he’s simply the best, hands down. Mike sits down with you in the beginning to listen to your goals, talks to you about nutrition (which no other trainer I’ve had has ever done) and come up with an individualized plan. Frontline Training is hands down the best! Mike is so welcoming and genuinely cares about his clients and the gym. The atmosphere is one on one and it’s always clean and ready to go. The training is so one of a kind because there are no other people in the gym while you train, so if you are one of those people who is intimidated by working out in front of other people, this is a perfect setting for you, it’s literally just you and the trainer.

The boot camps are also such a good workout, the other people attending are so welcoming, and you can workout at whatever level you are currently training. Oh and they are free!!

Mike turned my, " I can't cause I'm too old to, I can. I'm 62 yrs old, I had knee problems. After trainng with Mike, I can
now do squats with 45 pound plates, lunges with 20 pound dumbells and began running again. I continue to challenge myself and am getting stronger. " if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you".
