This studio is very welcoming and well managed.
As the name implies, diverse, inclusive to all.
One of the aspects I appreciate the most is the space is designed to generate a perfect atmosphere.
Good feelings upon entering and better when you leave.

This place is amazing. The teachers are all so great at what they do and this place truly has a family feel to it. Lauren's classes always make me laugh and I feel refreshed and happy after reach one; Sandy's morning classes are an amazing way to start your day and as a mother of 3 girls, these classes get me in the perfect mind frame. Also, Victoria's Hip Hop yoga classes are fun and challenging and the music is the BEST! I came in not knowing much about yoga and never once felt out of place. Gen Yoga is amazing and I highly recommend this place.

First thing I got connected to Gen is it is just like home with nice fragrance as you enter everyday and great teachers who make us comfortable on our mats. What else anyone would need to make yoga as a daily practice. I highly recommend this place.

I love Gen Yoga because it makes me feel like my energy is centered and whole.💫 I loved Pilates with Mrs. Cheryl and Mrs. LaShell’s yoga. It is a life changing experience, because of the way you are able to intertwine intentioned breathing and it’s movement. Gen Yoga helps you learn how to move the human body with divine intention and purpose. They have something for everyone. I definitely recommend you coming to try it out for yourself:)

LOVE Gen Yoga! I recently decided to try yoga, and Gen Yoga with its amazing instructors is slowly turning me into a “Gen Yogi”! Being a newbie, I was extremely nervous about taking my first class but everyone is so welcoming that you feel right at home! I recently injured my lower back and Lauren adjusted some poses so it could help and even checked on me after. Additionally, there are so many classes to choose from, making it easy to fit into a busy schedule. And there’s Sunday classes! For the longest time, Sunday was my involuntary rest day as other studios are closed, but now, you’ll catch me in a hot Pilates class taught by Cheryl every Sunday! And who says rest days can’t have some activity- try a VinYin class with Lauren on Mondays to get a nice, light stretch in while starting the week on a positive note. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gen Yoga to anyone looking for an amazing yoga experience! Oh and stay to have some hot tea with Holland and the staff after!

Gen Yoga is AMAZING! All the instructors and staff make an effort to get to know each member on a personal level. It truly is a family-like environment! Personally, I've benefited so much through the past few months here. Try out a class, you'll love it!

I can’t get enough of Generation Yoga! I love it so much that I try to bring as many people with me whenever I go so they can experience the studio themselves. 😊

Classes: They vary from beginner friendly (1), intermediate (2), advanced (3), heated, or non-heated. I’m sure you will be able to find a class that fits your every need so you never get bored. Even if you do take the same class each week, the instructors there changes things up each time to make it different from the last session. Each time I go it’s like a brand new experience.

Facility: The studio is kept very clean. They offer free tea and have a selection to choose from. As for the ladies room, there is a clean bathroom and shower. They offer personal hygiene things like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tampons, pads, deodorant, lotion, hair ties, and etc.

A lot of new people to the studio love trying the Friday night Vino Vinyasa for only $5. It comes with wine (only if you want and if you are old enough, but you obviously don’t have to drink if you don’t want to) and a nice flow.

I am so glad I went to improve my practice. I highly recommend going there to try a class out for yourself.

Charlie and April have truly created a welcoming environment where you feel like you’re HOME. As a newbie to yoga, I was nervous to attend a yoga class, but even before stepping my foot in the door, I was welcomed by the nicest person, Holland, the General Manager. She’s is always super helpful and very responsive.

The teachers and staff cannot be beat. If you are looking for something fun to do on Friday nights, definitely checkout Karina’s Vino Vinyasa class. For a truly Zen experience, you have to try Urban Zen on Wednesday nights with Joe. That class has truly changed my perspective on meditation, breathing, self care and yoga in general. Jess’s Hatha class on Tuesday mornings is really amazing for focusing on your form and stretching.

And, I cannot speak more highly of the child care. As a mommy of a toddler, I was so nervous about leaving him, but Yasmeen is wonderful with the kids. She’s sweet, thoughtful, and friendly. My son went right to her having never even done daycare before.

I cannot wait to try more classes. I love my new Gen Yoga family.

I have been going to Gen Yoga since March 2018. Gen Yoga has been an oasis of healing and positive vibes for me the last year. The instructors at Gen all care. The classes are not huge which is ideal. If you are going thru a difficult time or just want to enjoy yoga you won't be disappointed. Give them a call.

A wonderful modern yoga studio with great choices for all family members and all ages, from restorative yoga to higher intensity yoga! The yoga instructors do hands on 1-1 coaching and facilitate with qi flow "warm hands to ease flow of energy" to ease into the yoga postures with breathing techniques. They offer a great variety of sessions to practice yoga, to learn the yoga knowledge, and to renew minds and spirit. Super friendly managers with modernized support to help facilitate the registration and sign in. The best yoga studio I have experienced visiting many studios over the years!

Friendly instructors and clean rooms with a variety of classes for beginners to expert. I lean on the ‘barely intermediate’ side and instructors are helpful with modifications. No shame in that! I supplement Bikram Yoga with the yoga at GenYoga & enjoy both practices.

My wife and I absolutely love this place. Since starting to practice yoga here about two months ago (we’ve been going two to three times a week), it has has positively impacted every aspect of our lives. Not only are the classes very helpful for treating stress, increasing a sense of awareness and presence, and providing a physical challenge, but the teachers and staff are nice, respectful, and professional. Great yoga family here!

I loved my experience at Gen! From the moment i walked into the door, the lovely scent and cozy atmosphere appealed to me greatly. Holland was incredibly hospitable and made me feel very at home in this really nice studio. Everything is very articulately designed and definitely feels like something you want to keep looking at to take it all in. The actual yoga studio room was not too big, the class was very intimate and private (taught by Kim), and she took great attention and care to our levels and alignments. Overall, i really loved Gen yoga and will keep coming!

OMG they FINALLY opened a yoga studio around the corner from my home, YES! Gen Yoga is a family owned and operated business. The vibe of the studio is open air and clean aesthetic , which I prefer. They have a packed schedule and variety of classes for adults and children. Here are some of the classes I've tried:

Vinyasa: the type of Vinyasa flow class varies a bit by instructor. I'm a beginner and was able to flow great in all the classes I've tried. All the yoga instructors are good about offering corrections which I appreciate.

Children1-2: Obvi my daughter did this one. She's 15 months with no attention span but the teacher was sweet with her and she was happy, occupied and took a long nap after-winning.

Yin: I've gone to multiple yin classes. It's where you hold the same stretch for extended periods of time great for calming my mind. The instructors do gently push you while you are stretching which is helpful to me as I'm wound tight.

Restorative: Best restorative yoga, ever Y'all. The moon was shining in the room, music was playing, essential oils were in the air. Done.
