It starts with a discovery call where I learn more about you, and gather all the detailed information I need to coach you the best I can and get you to where you want to be. This allows me to put together an effective plan that you can properly execute and follow through with, and ultimately, reach your goals. You'll receive a custom training program that's designed to fit your goals and experience level. Nutrition coaching involves finding a way of eating that works for you so you can achieve your goal body, and keep it. And of course, constant accountability to keep you consistent and on course.

I have worked with many trainers over the years and Mike far outpaces them all. He was clear, concise, and intentional with all of my plans. Mike is the best! I worked with Mike for around 7 months and learned so much. I had been doing training for years and have used many many coaches in the past but with Mike it never seemed stressful or overly complicated with my workouts and my diet. I lost around 25lbs while working with Mike and was able to, by the end, find the right specific diet that works for me. If you are unsure, take the leap of faith and work with Mike. The exercise videos are super helpful if you don’t know what to do but Mike is always responsive to questions as well. The spreadsheets can seem daunting at first but they are such a great tool to see your progrss as well! Highly Highly Highly recommend Mike whether you are a beginner or a vet!

Over the course of 8 months, Mike helped me get in the best shape of my life by losing fat and gaining muscle. I want to share what sets Mike apart from any other fitness coach I've had in the past:
- Well-thought and extensive replies to each question: It seriously felt like I had a personal fitness newsletter catered just to me and my needs. Every check in went above and beyond in providing lots of information and examples so that I always had something new to learn. I had coaches before that shared short, canned responses that made me feel like I was talking to chat gpt. Not the case with Mike.
- Amazing Coaching skills: Mike understands you as a person and learns what motivates you. He will not make you feel judged or called out if you haven't been consistent with the plan. He'll ask insightful questions that will get you thinking about what's not working out and help you refocus on what you're tying to achieve.
- Focus on behavior change: some coaches think this whole thing is about setting some macros and giving someone a workout routine. Mike understands it's more than that. He'll also work with you on behavior change, habit formation, and discipline as the core of everything you do.
- Great practical advice: on the more tactical side of things, Mike provides tips that always feel practical and easily attainable. It can be about how to handle working out on days you don't want to, or how to eat to reach your goals without needing crazy cooking skills to pull off. It made a big difference in how I approach fitness, especially in the world we live with fitness influencers always pushing complexity or expensive stuff.

Mike is outstanding. Always available, answered any and all questions, and provided great insight into training, nutrition, and even lifestyle choices. I had difficulties with vacations/weddings and injures however he always worked around these and ensured to follow up on any and all details on a regular basis. Mike is an absolute legend! Proper top bloke who’s been a game changer for me fitness-wise. Before I met Mike, I couldn’t even lift a pint without breaking a sweat. Now, I’m smashing workouts like they’re a walk in the park. He’s like a wizard with them dumbbells, I tell ya.

I have worked with Mike for the last 8 months. I went from a 42 inch waist to a 35.I lost a significant amount of body fat but kept my muscle mass and even put more muscle on. This is the first time I have not lost strength while trying to loose weight.
Mike was absolutely amazing. He always responded to my questions quickly with detailed advice and information. He gave me feedback on my form and improved my workout routine. What I really liked most is he was receptive to feedback about what was working for me and what was not and made changes to improve the program.

WORK WITH MIKE. He’s awesome! I’ve worked with multiple trainers over the last 6 years and he is by far the best. I would recommend him to anyone.
He customizes his programming to work with YOU. He pays attention to your schedule, social gatherings, lifestyle to make a plan that you can stick to. For me personally, he set very realistic/ practical goals and focused on the mental/ emotional aspect of my eating habits. He gave me great advice and offered different perspectives for how I can overcome my food addiction.
We also adjusted my workouts to fit my schedule. If something wasn’t working Mike never hesitated to change it. If I got bored of my workouts, he was always willing to change them as frequently as I needed.

If you're looking for a trainer, this is the guy. Mike's knowledge, attention, professionalism, and receptiveness were better than almost any in-person coaching experiences I've heard of. He really listens to your goals, hand-tailors diets and exercise plans, and checks in on form/nutrition/pacing/and the often overlooked mental component regularly to make sure you're getting exactly where you want, while being very realistic throughout. I've been lifting for around 7 years and I'm currently the strongest while being the leanest (and feeling the best) I've ever been. The level of detail he comes prepared with is truly incredible. Can't recommend highly enough.

When I started working with Mike, I needed some direction to help me stay consistent and he gave me just that. At first, he provided me with a very structured yet flexible training and nutrition plan to stick to my cut and I successfully lost around 15 lb in a few months, at which point we switched to a bulk. I'm a bit delayed in posting this sorry Mike LOL about 2 years ago I weighed 334 lbs. After a few months of trying to loss weight I hit a wall at 300 lbs. I went looking for a trainer and came across Mike's IG profile. He was very professional so I signed up for his training. Wow I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and encouragement. I've probably texted him more than my wife LOL He ALWAYS was encouraging, always positive, always met me where I was, always texted back when I needed help with food choice. After 1.5 years with Mike I got down to my goal weight of 204 lbs. I lost a total of 130 lbs in total WOW I learned how to eat properly, exercise, how to track calories, how count steps/ calories. Mike literally changes my life. June 12 I had skin removal surgery after a long road to weight loss. THANK YOU Mike for all your help, encouragement, support and patience!!!!!!! Remember Mike can give you the best advice and all the tools necessary to hit your goals BUT you have to use them!!!!

Mike is the best, plain and simple. I needed someone to take the guess work out for me. Someone to tell me exactly what to do and how to eat. Mike did just that and made it simple for me. Nutrition wise, Mike started me off by just trying to hit a protein and calorie goal. As time went on, I needed more help and Mike told gave me ideas of what to eat. Training wise, Mike put together a comprehensive workout plan, with a video on how to complete each exercise. If I ever had a question, I sent Mine a video and his critiques were extremely helpful. By the end of our time together, I put on a few pound of muscle and shed about 20 pounds of fat. For the first time in my life, I have abs starting to show. Something I never thought possible. I have been working with Mike for a few months now and I am extremely happy with my progression so far. Mike is an excellent and highly professional coach and has completely changed how I think about strength training. He takes a very personal approach in tailoring workouts to suit specific goals factoring in history of training and lifestyle. I never had any real success with training until I started being coached by him and quickly realized I was doing a lot of things wrong in the past. The knowledge and wisdom he has given is invaluable and I truly look forward to my gym workouts now. Working with Mike changed my whole mindset regarding fitness, health, and food in general. In the past I have NEVER been able to sustain a weight for an entire year before (until now!). I would always restart the binge eating cycle and pile the weight back on, but not this time and it feels amazing! I had no idea what to expect when I started with Coach Mike all I knew was I wanted what my best friend had because his body transformed because of Coach Mike. Coach Mike worked around a medical issue I had due to a major accident at one point the doctor said I wouldn’t be able to run again because of Coach Mike’s routine and I did exactly what he said I’m able to run again. I went from 190 to 165 within a couple months. There was even one time I wasn’t doing good financially he even worked around that this man is the best. I work in a union with nothing but men and every day I get a complement on how great my body looks. I recommend Coach Mike for anybody even people with medical issues that think it’s impossible this man helps you make things possible again my confidence has came back I’m able to walk without a limp. Mike was incredible, most coaches only respond back every week or sometines longer. Mike always responded quickly, it usually was within a hour. He never made me feel like I was a bother. So if you know me, you know I have been on my fitness journey for about 4 years now. I have experimented with all kinds of disciplines but really tried to dial in on my nutrition. Had a certain number I wanted to reach weight wise. Well I reached that number and actually weigh less then my goal. I haven't been this Size since junior high( and I'm old) Alot of people helped thru my journey but I want to give a shout out to my Coach Mike Gettier ..Why he puts up with me I dunno..But I hit a all time low in weight this morning, but I also feel amazing in general.
