I love this gym! The set up is akin to an underground loft and I love it. Tons of equipment, weights, and even a theatre for cardio. The parking may seem convoluted but there is a garage entrance on Douglas street.

Long time customer, first time reviewer! :) I transferred to this gym when 24 Hour Preston closed (yes, that was almost ten years ago!) and clearly it's gone well for me. There are many things I appreciate about this gym. First and foremost, the location is stellar. Close to home, close to Starbucks and now close to a Target... I mean really, what more could a guy ask for. Like any facility, there are sometimes issues but generally speaking the staff look to take care of them quickly and efficiently. While I focus on the equipment and floor, they do have a nice offering of classes, personal training and even a kid area. If I were to suggest any improvements it would be in getting some fresher cardio equipment and a locker room refresh.

I travel a lot for work around Texas. This is my favorite and only gym I go to in Dallas! Great staff! Great machines! when I need a sick pump I know where to workout when I am in Dallas!

I didn't appreciate how nice this gym was until i switched to 24 hour fitness. It's clean, the equipment is nice. It smells decent. The people that go there are friendly, and so is the staff for the most part.

Gold's GYM at Park & Preston has the worst General Manger, and Operation Manager. Gold's GYM as a company has the worst Customer Service out of all companies in U.S. Clean up your company culture.

Gym is not really crowded which is good, but the company has been inflexible with me trying to cancel my membership. I will not renew once my contract is up.
I recommend reading reviews on the company as a whole before signing anything.

really rude staff. The billing manager Stacey should be fired and is a moron. They try to run a scam that makes it impossible for you to cancel your membership even after you are out of your contract term. keep ALL your paper work and receipts if you join. they will deduct funds then say you never paid even though you have bank statements to prove it.
they keep the ac on high and the fans on which is terrible for working out.
