Yoga every Saturday at 8:00am
All classes are lead by CrossFit certified trainers, all instructors are pregnant and postpartum certified, and adaptive athlete certified.

I had the most incredible time at Grit & Grace! I was initially nervous and worried about feeling lost, but the atmosphere is phenomenal. Coaches Steph and PJ are simply the best, and the entire community—from the staff to the regular attendees—was incredibly welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Lisa, who was absolutely awesome and supportive on my very first day! I am counting down the days until I fully recover from having my last baby so I can get back into their new and updated space.

I was concerned about CrossFit with my degenerative disks and painful back. All I knew is what was made fun of on tv and those crazy strong games! Coach Stephanie created modifications for me to keep working out and I am hooked!

I thought I was down to only walking and stretching and she’s been able to work with my limitations and build strength where I can. I may never get to be on the crazy games but I will be healthier and move better.

Joined Grit and Grace in Jan. 2025. I was nervous at first but very quickly realized that this is not just a gym it is much more. Everyone cheers each other on and celebrates each other’s achievements. Coach Steph is amazing she makes sure you are always using proper mechanics and pushes you in a way that makes you believe in yourself. I am so thankful I found this gym and so grateful for Coach Steph helping me get back in to shape. I am excited to see where my fitness journey goes with my Grit and Grace Family!

Grit & Grace Crossfit is so much more than just a gym. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and will help you meet all of your fitness goals. They offer nutritional guidance, challenging but modifiable workouts, and a lively and upbeat atmosphere. There is never a shortage of laughs, support and encouragement. Each workout will push you towards your best self… guided by coaches who keep form, safety and fun a priority. The members are some of the kindest people you will ever meet and truly become like family. You will be welcomed with open arms and lots of smiles. I have been going to Grit & Grace for 9 months now and love the community! It was intimidating to go by myself with no prior CrossFit knowledge but everyone makes you feel welcome and the coaches are good at teaching you how to do everything. Don’t worry about not being able to do certain movements, there is always an easy alternative! I wouldn’t have been able to make so much progress without the support of this place!

I’ve been a member for almost a year after switching from another gym and I’m so grateful I did! The coaches and members of GGC have always been welcoming, supportive and have become my fit fam ❤️

I am new to CrossFit. For years thought about it but was too scared. Looked overwhelming and intense. Didn’t think it was something I could do. Put it out of my mind and tried cardio kick boxing, fun but not feeling it. Hot works, enjoyable in fall and winter and still craving something that hits my soul. So I started looking for something in my area that could give me what I was needing. I came across Grit & Grace CrossFit. At that moment I didn’t know what I was thinking remembering my previous thoughts and insecurities and decided to reach out. The person who responded to my message had some work hard on her hands. I had financial excuses, parent excuses and of course fear. It took a little bit and a lot of reaching back out and checking in on me. Mind you this was all before I even stepped foot in the place. It was compassionate and friendly. Not typical of what a “gym” would do, there was no pressure. This and me finally being in a place I knew I needed to do something for myself got me in. Steph was quiet, but friendly. What I needed at that moment. When I walked in there were all fitness levels and ages. The people were amazing. All were welcoming and friendly. Definitely not like the normal commercial gyms. They are all supportive and encouraging. I have been a member for about 2 months and I love it. I finally found a place that I am comfortable, happy, secure, and encouraged by everyone. Grit & Grace is not just a place to work out, it is a place of amazing people, a community a “home”.

Grit & Grace’s Battle of the Benchmarks competition was incredible! Huge props to the leadership, coaching staff, and volunteers for pulling off such a well-organized, creative, and welcoming event. The benchmark workouts were super creative and challenging, vibe was high, and the facility was top-notch. You can tell this team puts a lot of care into the details, and goes the extra mile (and then some!). G&G shows what CrossFit does best—building community, pushing limits, and making everyone feel like they belong. I can’t wait to see this event grow each year, and I hope folks near Grit & Grace give this amazing gym a shot. I’ll definitely be showing up for future events and community WODs!
