Really great gym and great location. Wish they had a couple more machines and somewhat newer cardio equipment. Some equipment like the speed treadmills/Jacob’s ladder are never really used which could be useful area for other equipment instead.

Small, private gym, mostly teens and younger people like myself, always clean, towels and showers available, very professional owners, open 24/7, and most importantly all the equipment necessary to work every part of the body. Have recommended to so many already!

Great place , nice people and comfortable enviorment.very simple setup, unlock doors with keycard , put ur stuff up and get gains although you will have to clean the equipment you use right after.Great experience!

Joined this gym about a month ago. Signing up was quick and easy the employees are nice and welcoming. I got a mini tour of the gym and what the policies were. For sure this is my new gym, everything was clean and members keep it clean from what I have seen. Many different types of equipment, but the best thing is the squat rack area. I usually go early mornings (6am) or late nights (10pm) it is never to packed.

I’ve been coming to this gym for about a year.
I used to work in cypress so it was convenient to go after work, then I switched jobs to the woodlands and thought about cancelling due to it being out of my way to come to this gym after work.
I decided It was worth it to go out of my way on my way home to work out at this gym.
Its never extremely packed, the staff is nice, and the bathrooms are always clean which is really nice.
It is a little small but it only gets kind of packed around 4-7pm on weekdays I’ve noticed.
When the bay doors are open on a nice day it’s awesome.
Highly recommend this gym.

Just joined and seems to be a decent place to workout. Haven't really had any issues thus far with management or over crowding, the place is small but has great options, a mix of old school, new school and crossfit equipment. Fingers crossed it stays as such. As I progress in my fitness goals I tend to grow out of a gym style and want more options and a change of scenery, we'll see how long this one lasts.

Great little neighborhood gym. The owner and all staff are friendly and courteous. There is a ton of equipment here for such a small'ish gym. In fact, that's the only reason I knocked off 1 star. It does feel a liitle cramped, at times, especially when there are more than usual gym users. I will continue to go here...for as long as I am in the area!

My fiance and I joined this gym a few months ago and we love it! You get all the equipment of a large franchise gym but get to enjoy the small gym feel. The only time I have ever seen it truly busy is after work, around 4-6pm on weekdays.

Just joined and I am absolutely in love with the gym, staff, atmosphere and just the whole little feel they got there. It’s like a little family gym with everything you need to get back in shape. Nothing like those over packed franchise gyms. It’s honestly the best gym I’ve ever joined. If you’re hesitant, don’t even think twice. They have all kinds of gym equipment and cardio. Love the cleanliness and how everyone follows the rules so well to keep the place clean and nice.

Love this gym! If you go during the afternoon it’s pretty quiet and you’re able to get your workout without having to wait for machines (obviously a little busy later in the day when people are coming after work). The staff is always friendly and the gym is clean! I recently moved out of the Cypress area and sadly had to cancel and it was SO easy. I’ve had other gym memberships elsewhere and they make it so hard to get out of your contract. That could be because I had the month-to-month plan here, so there was no yearlong contract to get out of. Either way, the ease of signing up AND cancelling is amazing. I’ll definitely miss this gym!

The gym is convenient as we live in the neighborhood however dealing with VAL is very unpleasant to say the least! She horribly lacks customer service skills and could care less about the needs of her customer. The payment options STINK and when you have to change a card out - she is just waiting to suck a late fee out of you if she does not have a new card number instantly. When asked about options - she simply reminds you of other people - she definitely needs training!
