Matching their average because I’m not looking to tank anyone’s ratings from my one experience. Maybe it was a bad day.
In general, the gymnasts seemed to be skilled and they had good form.
The equipment seemed to be in good shape, but the gym is not well lit.

For my experience, I called to request a trial class for two weeks later. I was told that the class for one of my kids only had one slot left and may fill up before my trial class, but that they would call if that spot was filled.
We did not get a call, so we packed up and drove the 40 minutes from our home to the gym.

Google does not know how to get there. I’m sure the road changed around the gym, but you’ve got to turn in on a gravel driveway that kind of looks like it might be a private home drive at first and it’s an odd place to access it on a one way road.

We walked in and found out that the class for my 3 yr old had filled up and they had lost my number. The office is run by a parent volunteer, who apologized and said that perhaps my child (who was standing there excited with shoes already off and ready) could still trial the class but would have to be waitlisted after. Frustrating, but understandable. She went to grab the owner or manager to confirm what we could do and this was when the main issues began. She was exasperated and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her by trying to enroll kids. She talked about people just showing up for trial classes without notice, but that is not what we did. She did not have any desire to accommodate us and we pushed for her to try. After my older child’s class started, she came over and said it was a small enough class that my 3 yr old could “try out” there. That was nice, but it still felt as if we were a major inconvenience.
The girl teaching seemed nice, but also seemed a little annoyed with my inexperienced kids (moreso with the older). The gym was quieter than I would expect a gym of children to be. One girl accomplished a new skill on the bar, and they rang a bell and had her demonstrate for the gym and everyone clapped for her. That was nice.

The parent viewing area is up a slim metal spiral staircase and you need to watch your head as you walk across. I didn’t have my baby with me that night, but I would on future classes so that was a concern for me. The viewing area has a view of the full gym.

For my kids, I was hoping to have them join gymnastics so that they can improve their balance and coordination and build some resilience and improve their general athleticism. I am not planning on turning my kids into competition gymnasts though. If you have a super driven kid who wants to compete in gymnastics, then this might be the place for you. Like I said previously, the girls there had good form and seemed skilled. For us, however, we were looking for more of an overall positive environment, and as a mother I obviously did not appreciate my kids being considered an inconvenience by the owner/manager lady so we did not sign up after our trial class. The volunteer mom was kind and offered other gym suggestions that were within driving distance of us.

The reviews were either super positive or extremely negative so hopefully our experience is helpful for others to determine if this is a good fit, especially since there is also no website to review.

I absolutely love watching my 4 year old daughter have so much fun while getting a great little workout. She loves going and I love that she loves it! Instructors are super sweet and patient. My kiddo is pretty spunky and a little bit crazy. 🤣

We’ve been to some big gym’s and they don’t hold a candle to this gym. My daughter advanced more in a month here than a year at a big gym!
