I’m very happy with Heights Athletic Center. I’ve been a member for a long time. The facility is nice and the staff is very nice and easy to work with. I love the classes and the instructors there. They always seem to make the workouts fun. I really enjoy the salt water pool also. Not into pickleball at this time but they always seem to have a good turnout. I would recommend checking this facility out.

This place used to be a fantastic place for families to enjoy the summer. Unfortunately they have priced out families with children. Simply put, it's a geriatric club where older retired couples can play pickleball.

I recently attended a pickleball academy camp and absolutely loved the experience! The instruction was top-notch, and the friendliness of the other participants made it even more enjoyable. My husband and I have been members of the Harker Heights Athletic Club since June of last year, and we’ve been blown away by the welcoming community and incredible friendships we’ve formed.

Not only has it been a great place to improve our pickleball skills, but it’s also become a second home filled with laughter and camaraderie. If you’re new to the area or just getting into pickleball, I highly recommend attending one of their skill camps or stopping by for open gym—you won’t regret it! You might take a hit from a pickleball or two, but any sting will quickly be replaced by the warmth of laughter and good company.

Want to meet like-minded, fitness friendly people—HAC is your place. Best fitness club in the area! Excellent staff who take care of their members and always keep us busy with great activity programming, such as fitness classes, tennis/pickleball clinics, and monthly club events. The outdoor pool is great to have access to in the hot summer months. The pickleball courts are awesome and open plays are hugely popular at HAC. They offer plenty of opportunities to play and improve your game. Best club around—very family friendly—you won’t be disappointed!

I recently visited an athletic club in Harker Heights for the first time, and it was a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, making me feel welcome right away. The guest pass was reasonably priced, which made it easy to try out the facilities. I'll definitely be returning whenever I'm in town for work. Highly recommended!

Great courts and staff. Really have enjoyed all the drills and lessons I’ve had the opportunity to attend. All the coaching has been great!

The facilities are top notch with a lot of outdoor and 5 courts in “the bubble” in attached pictures which are covered courts that are beautiful!

Also, played a lot with different people and come across a lot of friendly folks to make me feel comfortable as a new player there!

New owners and a new pool experience summer 2024. The new owners have invested $$$ to create a true outdoor fun pool resort feeling, even including bistro. Pool deck resurfaced, landscaping redone, painted and woodwork repaired. Thank you!

We want to compliment Jeb for her daily hard work to maintain the pool and surroundings clean and safe. This is a beautifully maintained pool and facility with resort feel. Lots of shaded covers and chairs and tables and lounges. Always clean and wiped down.

Jeb and staff quickly responded with a replacement battery for the pool lift for disabled husband to use. Jeb is professional and a true gem for this facility! She does it all! I used to inspect pools and can say this is one of the safest, clean pools and facility I’ve enjoyed. We look forward to continued summer fun! We recommend this club! Love the family environment offered.
