Equipment 'scheduled' for repair for a month! In a weight room with only one of everything. Lovely facilities, but mid-grade weight machines that were never state of the art. I may quit and go to Gold's. Not sure.

Over priced and underwhelming fitness facilities and tennis courts with pools open less than half the year. Spend your money anywhere else than this place except if you live in the hills than you have to for your dues but fight them on it and theyβll probably reduce your rate. The AC in the cardio area has been broken for months and they have failed to fix it saying that they have been working on βrenovationsβ weβll let me tell you, burning up and sweating before I start working out is not only unpleasant but completely diminishes the workout experience and is quite a frustrating experience. Go anywhere else if possible

Great 1:1 coaching for our grandkids lessons. Clean facilities and awesome staff! We had a need for some quick attention for a growing heal blister on one of the kids and the Front Office had a meditation handy and gave us the right bandage to cover the blister - lesson saved!

Staff, at least one in particular is undertrained or just lacking in basic competency in handling situations. Had a very unprofessional experience with a staff member. Would never give them my business just because of how it was handled. Very rude.disappointing for someone like me that was going to get a membership in the next month. Definitely not anymore however until a change occurs. Will stick to my home gym for now.

A world-class athletic club with wonderful amenities. I love the renovations they made and continue to make to bring the best experience possible to members. Dennis is an outstanding manager and his deckplate leadership and vision make the club a true gem in the Lakeway community. He knows all members by name! The staff is truly exceptional and very invested in what they do. They are a pleasure to work with. All in all, I have only good things to say about the Hills of Lakeway - Elevation Athletic Club at the World of Tennis and gladly recommend it to friends and family.
