Signed up through my insurance and was told I didn’t have to cancel, it would auto cancel when the insurance cancelled back in August. Came to return the key fob and was told I was charged an annual fee because it was “never cancelled”. Haven’t stepped foot in this gym in months and the staff is rude and unhelpful. Would recommend finding the other great gyms in the area.

I want to share my terrible experience with the staff and owner of this gym. I initially signed up, and my wife joined on 2/20/24, which automatically extended my contract for another year. On 11/13/24, I called the owner to request cancellation, and they informed me that I could cancel in February. However, when I went in to cancel, they claimed they had no record of my notice and insisted I had to pay for an additional month on 2/20/25 before they would allow me to cancel.

After reading other reviews, it’s clear that this is a common issue at this gym. Think twice before signing a contract with them—there are far better gyms in the area!

So many other better gyms. Spend your money somewhere else. I have been trying to cancel my membership, contract ended in December, I went in to give my 30 day notice, went back a month later to return my key fob and they claim I never gave them my notice so now have to pay another month.
They have the ability to check cameras and fob scans to show I was there and talked to them about canceling. Person at the desk said she’s normally good at noting down peoples cancellation notice because people get mad, sounds like they mess up peoples cancellation request often.

Reply to response: I did put in my in person notice in December. Went in today to give my key fob and was told I never put it in the December so have to keep the membership another month and will get changed in February.

Awesome staff, gym is right size for the amount of people that come and workout. The equipment here just sucks. It’s not maintained. Damn leg extension has the pad torn and it scratches or cuts your legs from the bottom. Broken treadmills, one has been out of service for a very long time!! The other ones stop while you are running. I guess we have to get hurt in order to get them fixed. The info has been given to the staff and staff gives info to owner. This is not the first time ownership takes for ever to fix things here.

Great place to work out! 😊 Loved it, BUT I'm on a set monthly budget and couldn't afford it any longer ☹️ I did ask for a discount and was told they would call back, but no one ever did. So I went somewhere else. But if it's affordable for you, it's a great place! 😉👍

This is Evelyn, in case you can’t read my name. I went to workout there a couple of times and your staff is hardly ever there and when they are they’re not friendly. Secondly, on the weekends there’s never paper towels to clean the machines. Thirdly, it smells in there. You guys are EXTREMELY unprofessional.

I stopped going there a while back so this is my honest review. I do not recommend this gym.

How sad that when they first started, everything was very clean and today it is very dirty and it smells very bad, there is always no paper to clean the machines and 2 of the bathrooms have already closed, the women's bathroom is no longer respected. How sad.

The gym is always clean and members are friendly but yet leave you alone to finish your workout. Overall great workout experience, open 24-7, and showers are available for an early Sunrise workout before going to be part of the economy.

I love this gym! Super friendly staff and it’s always clean. I love the mirror room to warm-up or if you want some more privacy. Would love it if it the light was bit dimmer, but that’s just personal preference :)

Overall a nice gym! Super clean, it is small but you have everything you need. I’ve been going for a few months there and I love it. I love the prices, and the protein smoothies! Most of the bad reviews for this gym are lies, this is one of the best gyms I’ve been too. Staff is super friendly as well! There is an amazing young gentleman who works during the afternoons, sadly I didn’t get a name but is an amazing employee. Makes sure everything is clean which I think is something that other gyms slightly neglect. (This is for horizon bar fitness)
