Fine gym but here is a warning for anyone wanting to sign up. The cancelation process is insane. The sweat anywhere package can not be transferred to another location, so if you move you are SOL. I have been paying for 6 months after moving and the only way I can cancel is to fly back to northlake and pay 100 dollars to cancel. Now I get an option to get a certified letter and send it to corporate for a cancelation. Do not sign up here if you do not want to be in a contract that is very hard to cancel.

I signed up about 4 months ago. I never knew I would love working out in a sauna. I can feel it really helps with my weight loss. Just need to make myself go. I wish they update the pre-recorded instructions tho.

I absolutely love this franchise, but this particular location smells awful. There must be a issue with the plumbing or something in the building but I highly recommend some ozone type air purifying machines or a better ventilation system if plumbers can’t solve the problem . It smells like a sewage backup.

I dont know where to start.
1. Ridiculous cancellation policy. They do not tell you of any cancellation policies when you ask . Only thing they say is you can cancel after 3 months of membership. No kne talks about 60 day notice period .
2. Rude front desk: they are not ready to answer all your questions. They get tired after answering 2 questions and hang up the phone. This happened to me multipel times. They wanted me to coem in person to sign the cancellation but because i called them multiple times , they hung up the phone midway amd cancelled my membership charging me $105. Inspite of charging me for the whole month. When I called them back to ask why , they hung up again.
If this is how you treat your customers, this business model will not sustain in the long run !!!

Very rude people and rude behavior. I’ll never ever go to any hotworx ever.

Just to answer to the comments from the owner, i repeatedly told anyone who attended the phone call that no one told us of the policy. There are comments belwo from a few more people below who had the same issue. Which means there is some fault with your front desk not telling customers about cancellation policy.
Also all the 7 calls were intitated by me and your front desk dodnot even bother to call after the so called call disconnection. That shows the customer service of the team.
If you were really fair, you had already charged me for this month you should have charged the remaining amount and cancelled my membership. But you want to mint money out of all your customers. So you went ahead and charged me the additional cancellation as well.

I discovered HotWorx approximately 4 years ago! I am a lifer! I originally signed up at one of the FM locations. I canceled my membership at that location when the Argyle location opened. I had the sweat anywhere membership for about a year. I tried several different locations including the second FM location, Denton, & Abilene. The Argyle location is by far my best experience! This location offers more saunas, a NICE weight section, great mirrors, a shower, and is clean! I do miss the towels they offered in the beginning, but I completely understand that is a ton of laundry someone has to do. I have canceled my sweat anywhere membership(with no issue at all) and I workout exclusively at this location. Thank you Heather for taking a risk and opening this HotWorx location in Argyle! It truly is THE BEST and I tell everyone I talk to that is looking the a healthy way
to workout for a lifetime 💪🏼

I just read another review left here regarding cancellation- they have the most rediculus cancellation policy- I called them over a month ago to cancel my membership as their exercises has caused injury-
They told me I need to come to sign docs in office- I went there as I thought the notice of cancellation has been captured but no- that even I dont care
But this GM wants to charge me two months up front before cancellation as no where in their membership documents mentions it-
I like to use my points towards my membership and she doesnt let me- you guys bribe people by your point system and here is your unreasonable policies when they want to leave you- show some dignity people-

I was hesitant to workout in a Sauna environment at first thinking I would be over exerting myself. I found myself craving to go on the regular and had to actually set a limit to once per day because I found myself trying to go twice a day. Love love love it!

My wife has canceled them 3 months ago and they are still charging our account. She has called and gone up there multiple times. They said they would refund us last month and never did and just charged us this month again. Be aware if you cancel your membership they will still charge you.

She did sighn a cancelation agreement. Was even told about your immediate termination for a extra fee because she still had a couple of months left.

I cannot recommend Hotworx enough. Every facet of my life has improved because of it. My skin is clearer, I'm sleeping better, my mental health is SO much better, and I've lost 10 lbs in the last 2 months. The variety of workouts keeps it interesting and it's open 24 hours so I know I can always find time to go. It's the highlight of my day.
The cherry on top of it all, is the owner and her team. They are all so sweet and encouraging, they really all feel like family.
