Location is great & clean but whenever I signed I was told that I can switch locations whenever I wanted to. This location is 12 mins from my house and I picked this one as my primary because my son’s private school was down the street. Now that my son doesn’t attend school on that side of town I want the HOTWORX location that is down the street (3mins) as my primary.
So now I’m being told I need to cancel (pay $99) or do a 60 day notice cancellation and open an account with the location closer to my house.
I feel as the staff member just wanted to tell me things I wanted to hear so I can open an account in their location. I even asked her if I can switch locations before signing because I knew my son was not going to attend the following school year in that area. She assure me I can, all I would have to do is call.

Hotworx is a great place to workout. I use the challenge cards to keep me motivated. The gym is well maintained and clean. The staff is supportive, friendly and knowledgable about fx zone workouts/equipment. I highly recommend the hot sauna workouts which have helped me recover from an injury.

I have tried many different versions of gyms and this by far is my favorite place to work out! 24 hours a day allows me to pick my schedule! The staff is amazing and is always there to help out! We joined in Nov 2023 when it opened. Our family loves our membership and we love the competitive side of it all.
I will say, these are some of the hardest workouts I have ever done and they are only 15 minute HITT classes.
