The showers are nice and stay warm for about 40 min! The bathrooms are clean, they have essential oil air fresheners in the saunas too! It's a really nice studio :) also a great location, lots of food nearby and gas stations.

HOTWORX is amazing! The South Arlington location is even more awesome due to the owners and the staff. All the staff is so helpful and makes sure it stays nice and clean, but Mackenzie T. has always been the most helpful to me. Sometimes I have a lot of questions or I talk a lot and she always is so helpful and smiles through it all. Appreciate her and what everyone does up there! Customer service and cleanliness are definitely priorities there.

I miss this location so much!!! I decided to try HOTWORX after realizing my college gym was too crowded during the times I was able to go. I’ve signed up for multiple gyms in the past & only joined gyms for their classes. I was expecting an average experience at HOTWORX, but I’ve never had more fun at a gym! The classes here are amazing and ALWAYS leave me sweating. After switching to Sweat Everywhere and having to go to different locations due to being back home for summer from college, I continue to think about this location and how all the staff, especially the owners, ALWAYS make an effort to talk to you and make you feel so welcomed. I miss this location so much and definitely wish the owners and all their staff could move closer to me, haha! I’ll have to make the trip back just to see the staff and owners.

I absolutely love Hotworx ! This gym has been a blessing in disguise. I’ve cried and even screamed a little just to push myself through alot of the workouts when I first started but the virtual instructors always encourage you to go at your own best pace and you literally earn the burn each time you do a Hotworx workout. I love the variety in workouts and every once in a while the virtual instructors are switched out and new moves are incorporated so that your workouts don’t become boring or monotonous. This gym has seriously changed me in so many ways and I’m so blessed to have joined here! The Hotworx staff are so amazing and sweet, you’ll love it here. Hands down best investment I’ve made for myself :)

I don’t come in as often as I would like but everyone recognizes me when I do. Everyone is nice and friendly. In my experience, most of the members are very respectful and most of the time no one books a session with me which I really enjoy.

I’ve been a member of a lot of gyms and done a lot of workout programs. But i was getting older, busier, and more stressed. Finding time to workout was hard, and I hated fighting the crowds. I absolutely love HotWorx because: 1)I can work out on my own time anytime of the day, 2) I can work out by myself if I want to or with others if I want to, and 3) I can do a simple 15 minute workout and still get the benefits of a much longer workout thanks to the infrared sauna properties. I’m sure every HotWorx location is amazing, but I happen to think this one is the best! The owners Tony and Jenny are super friendly and really get to know you and offer any help and support you need.

i like the infra red heating and it's 24 hrs open. i like to do this alone :) at the time that i want to do it :) i am doing this at least 5 days a week :). I also tried doing it 6am and i like it as well. Give this a try and it's worth it.
