HOTWORX Aubrey-PV is truly one of the cleanest fitness studios I’ve seen. The saunas and workout areas are always well-maintained, which makes such a difference.

What really stands out is the staff. Gretchen, the owner, is so kind and passionate. She and her team truly care about every member. You feel welcomed and supported from day one.

The moment that I stepped into HOTWORX, I had a good feeling. Gretchen showed me around and set me up for my first class… And it was love at first sweat. 😅

Almost 2 months later and I am down 7 pounds! I come here six days a week and love every minute of it. The sauna is just the icing on the cake. My skin is softer, my muscles aren’t as achy after a hard workout, cellulite on my thighs have decreased, and my mental health has improved Immensely. I used to be intimidated by the gym because I just wasn’t sure what to do… But the coaches on the screen take the stress and worry away.

I highly recommend HOTWORX. It has absolutely changed my life!

This Hotworx is absolutely amazing! Melissa signed me up and she did a phenomenal job on my tour. Sessions are not hard to book and the facility is clean. Love the fact that it’s 24 hours. Gretchen the owner is an absolute peach 🫶🏽….OAN I’ve lost a whole size in two weeks. I went at least 4 times a week and the immediate results are astonishing.

Been a member of Hotworx since March 2021 at the Preston/Lebanon location. When Gretchen took over that location she lit the studio up and brought a refreshing energy to the place. Her attention to detail, care for the members and passion for this industry is unmatched. Beyond thrilled for this new location of her’s and a proud member since the very first week memberships launched. Happy it’s finally open!!! If you’re any bit curious, try out a cycle or stretch class and you’ll be hooked!! My go-to classes are cycle + core (and now stretch). I also love yoga, warrior, and thunder. Give it a try and toss out all your other memberships. Gretchen is THE best. My physical and mental health is so much better for it.
