One of the biggest perks I’ve noticed is how much clearer and healthier my skin looks — the infrared heat makes me sweat out all the toxins while getting an amazing workout. Not recommended for people that have some experience in workout; gym and Yoga studios etc. You would be very disappointed, repetitive videos workout and everything is very commercial from the beginning bc you HAVE to pay for a Soecial mat & towel in order to use the saunas 😳.
Misleading information about pay& rate ; so please read all terms before signing. Specially concerning a cancellation policy. They charged me the month (1st day) and since I felt this kind of gym wasn't for me , I wanted cancel (after 3 weeks 😢) and they do not allow me to use the installation the rest of the month that I paid bc I will cancel my membership 🤔 . Small sauna make it difficult to complete the workout. And last but not least: Poorly supervised environment

I used to hate gyms and the feeling of sweating. This place has changed my mind completely. Since I was diagnosed with Lupus this gym has helped diminish my pain and lose the weight I had gained in exchange for some of the muscle I had lost. This place is absolutely great, the staff is so friendly and keeps me encouraged even when I'm down. I owe so much to this gym and the people inside.
