The place was good while using but classes did not fit a schedule we could use so I called in to cancel they told me when I called in their would be a 3 month freeze then a process of 2 months as far as understood then after notifying them of the cancellation they charged me the $9 for the three months as all my payments are automatically taken I did not pay attention and then just recently went in to cancel again and the charged my wife $175 to cancel after paying them for months after I told them my intention of cancellation bad experience for me the gym blamed not on the policy’s so just read threw the contract the give. They say no lock in but don’t tell you if you don’t use it it will cost you 2 months of a membership you don’t want.

I LOVE HOTWORX!! I was hooked from my very 1st trial session. I became a member that same day. The location is clean and the staff are so kind and professional. It is nothing like going to a typical gym. They have events, raffles and giveaways which is the cherry on top. If you've never tried Hot yoga or Hot pilates before I highly recommend it. Give hotworx a try and I promise you will not be disappointed.

I love hotworx workouts, but this location is the best with an amazing owner who personally reached out to check on how to better my experience!! The staff hosts cute little events for people to enjoy that have fun themes. I wish there was another location close to my house since this one is always poppin!!!

I have been going to hot worx for alllllmost a month now and I’m hooked! I absolutely love the environment, the staff (when I come durning staffed hours), and I love the variety of workouts you can choose from. I love that you can come absolutely ANYTIME also! I couldn’t tell you my favorite work out yet because I love every one I’ve done so far. I can already tell a difference in my energy throughout the day and I actually look forward to coming to workout at night and I have never felt that way before anywhere. It has helped tremendously with my mental health also knowing that I’m finally helping myself to get better. I highly highly recommend coming here the first workout if free and you get a tour of the place!

Would give zero stars if I could! I canceled my membership back in January because I moved to a different state. Every couple months they change my card I call them say they will refund the money still no money then today bam they took $177 out of my account! Shady business horrible horrible customer service

Absolutely love this location, staff and fellow hotworx buddies. It is nice and intimate, I do not feel judged working out in the saunas or the FX area. I enjoy seeing people who workout at the same time and I love 24 hour access. I've been coming here for over a year and still love what Hotworx does for me and it makes me feel great!

I have been searching for a gym with a sauna in the Burleson area for a while. When I found HOTWORX I was skeptical but when I did the free trial I was instantly sold! I love the set up and love the small workout groups (only 3 people to a sauna). Absolutely great for beginners or more advanced athletes.

HOTWORX Burleson is an excellent gym which offers a twist on your traditional workout. If you have not experienced the infrared workout yet, then I highly recommend trying it. I was drenched head to toe in sweat after my workout!

I had been going to the Colleyville location but live in Cleburne. I about jumped out of my car when I saw this location so much closer to me! Today was my first visit here and the experience was 5 star! Very friendly staff out in the lobby cleaning and very welcoming. Seemed everytime I went to Colleyville no one was ever working so this was refreshing! Great job guys! Only draw back is they seem to book up VERY fast
