HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that provides members with access to a variety of virtually instructed infrared sauna workouts. Experience the benefits of infrared energy and heat through a 15-minute High-Intensity Interval Training session or any of our 30-minute isometric workouts, including Hot Pilates, Hot Yoga, Hot Barre, Hot Core, Hot Cycle, Hot Blast, and many more. HOTWORX studios are also equipped with a Functional Exercise Area with free weights, bands, ropes, and more! Since I started thanks to my sister I have loved it, I come so much more than I would a "normal" gym, always clean and the girls and guy that work the front are always super nice and helpful. 10/10

If you haven't been get here! If you like to work out in this Houston heat come on to this place. Work out in a sauna and receive better health benefits and you sound get ate up by the skeeters lol. It's a great location, nice staff and very informative. Try it!

I love this place, it’s a no judgement zone for someone in their 50’s and over weight! Since coming here I love going to the gym and it gives me something to look forward too! The staff is friendly and very helpful when you need them!! I would recommend this place to anyone who ask!🩷👍🏼

My daughter and I did a trial workout this week. We really enjoyed and signed up for Sweat Elite membership! Kim and Reilly were amazing! They both answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome from the beginning. We are excited to be members of HOTWORX!

LOVE HOTWORX!!! Staff is so so nice and the owners are amazing!! I love working out here because I feel more safe than I did at any other gym. It’s private and very unique!! I love the sauna and can admit it gets addicting!! Absolutely love coming here to workout and would 100% recommend to others!!!

I love coming here. The staff is nice and it’s quiet so I can enjoy my workout. The workouts are intense but you can pace yourself…I’m on my way to become a virtual instructor lol
