Updating to add once again the lack of communication from this place when things are happening. Try to come workout and couldn't get in because they were painting the door. Y'all should be sending out email blasts or change it in the app to where we are unable to book sessions. Me standing outside the door right now with booked sessions of absolutely ridiculous.

I like Hotworx in general so I won't give one star but booking a session and coming in to find all of the equipment removed and being told I'll have to wait 30 min deserves one star. I also don't like booking sessions during staffed hours, coming in, and the heat isn't even on.

This is a great location! If you’re interested, don’t be afraid go check them out! I was given a tour by Sam, he didn’t skip any details, showed me the entire facility, and made me feel welcomed. The location is secure, clean and they have a variety of workout options. Thanks Sam! I ended up being put on a heart monitor (not because of HOTWORX lmao), so if I’m cleared to sign up I will!

I've been a member at bishop arts location since June. Gyms been great I love detoxing here. All the employees have been great Vanessa and Sam always take care of us.

Every time I go in to this location, and Vanessa is working she keeps this location so clean and organized. Vanessa never hesitates to help, and always knows how to make a person feel welcomed! Vanessa is amazing!

I absolutely love my Hotworx experiance at the Bishop Arts location! I have been a member since July and honestly I couldn't be happier. The studio is always clean and well maintained which makes every workout enjoyable . The staff here is top notch . Shout out to Vanessa she is always so helpful and provides the best customer service! She's super friendly and always has a smile on her face and really makes you feel welcomed. It's not the same going for a workout and she's not here she's truly the face of Hotworks Bishop Arts. I love my time here and can't recommend it enough. 💙

HOTWORX Bishop Arts - Horrible management. One of the perks that made me sign up was removed which was applying the points accumulated towards gym dues. Now WITHOUT notice no email sent of this policy change or announcement even inside the facility was made about them removing this perk. Really disappointed in managements communication about this change and flexibility about applying rewards to gym dues, even emailing them about this issue and not even considering applying reward points as courtesy for their miscommunication.

HOTWORX Richardson operates with a serious lack of transparency and ethics. I requested a copy of the agreement at sign-up but never received it until I tried to cancel. The cancellation policy was never disclosed, and I was only shown the final screen, which excluded key terms.

Once you sign, you only have 3 days to cancel—after that, you're locked in for 2 months. To terminate, you must give 60 days' notice and pay for 2 more months or pay a $99 + tax fee. Despite stating I did not agree with these terms, they still charged my card without authorization.

Their misleading practices and lack of ethics make this a gym I cannot recommend. Be cautious before signing anything!
