Not ! Their all about money and do not appreciate on going clients they do not up hold
Their word and gives off prejudice vibes. I highly recommend going to a different gym. The only reason I go is because of privacy. They do not uphold their policy.

i love this hotworx location and the staff! this location is not the newest i’ve ever been to, but they have 9 saunas so im always able to book my desired session and be solo when that is important for me. this studio provides everything i am looking for from a hotworx location!

Been coming here 4 years love the environment. This is a great place to come if you're looking for a big sweat, and trying to loose pounds. It's even better if you're like me, and have been injured, so the gym is just not for you anymore. Overall, they have different exercises to cater to your needs. Also sessions are private.

Super disappointing. I’m a member at large and love being able to visit other locations. Today, I needed to be in town for a meeting, so I decided to visit the Skillman/Abrams location in Dallas as it was reasonably close to my appointment. I liked the entrance and set up. Thought the schedule being displayed was a nice touch. As I moved through the location, it is a bit run down. The first sauna I used never reached temperature in my 15 min session, and was also was stinky. I added a second session and that sauna had buckled and splintered floors. I made it through my workout and was I glad I did… but wait, the shower is locked. Now I am a serious sweat mess and no place to clean up for my meeting. 😫 I stop back by when it is staffed in hopes of cleaning up later, but in the meantime … 😕 I can’t imagine choosing this location again if a shower is not an option.

Love this place! I’ve been a member here for 3 years and have worked out at several HOTWORX locations and this one the by far the best. The manager, Antonio, is awesome and he’s very diligent and dedicated in keeping up the gym in cleanliness and maintains the machines to ensure everyone can get the full HOTWORX experience. Abrams/skillman is the Best location!!

Good place to work out you have a virtual trainer so you dont have to worry about what to do. The point thing I dont really like is that now is 3 person per sauna and they have to be small people to fit in there with 2 I think is good room

This is the worse HW location I have been to. There is no maintenance done here. Every bike seat ...6 ... is broken ir nearly broken. The most uncomfortable ride. This is the time slot and I can't believe this franchise was in this condition. Q

I absolutely enjoyed everything about my first visit to HOTWORX. The staff was super professional and inviting and everything was clean. Stacy (club owner) is an amazing individual. I wish I lived closer to this location so that I could only attend her club. I will be back because of the great service! I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I'm not a customer but I called to see if I was able to workout if I have a membership from a diff state. The employee working was very kind and helpful. When she called back, the owner was there and we chatted a bit and she was very kind, helpful and seems very dedicated to accommodating her clients. I definitely am ready to get in and have some workouts while in the area for business.
Highly recommend not only the awesome experience of the workout but the awesome staff/owner.

Wow, I cant even believe I have to write a poor review for this place, I havent even worked out in the place since March 2020, before covid lockdown.
If I could give a review with no stars or negative stars I would.
I got a call today from their new manager, didnt catch her name. She was requesting that I pay a cancellation fee or some 2 month cancellation policy or something.
I cancelled this membership through the previous manager because my business was tanking during covid. I assumed they like many other reputable businesses were waiving fees like that because it was out of our control.The previous manager never mentioned any kind of fees for cancelling to me. And now after 5 months they are calling former client and trying to collect???? They were asking me to pay them money right now that I dont have and will not have. This is in very poor taste, rude and unacceptable. DO NOT WORKOUT HERE, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS COLLECTING MONEY

Love my Hotworx workout! I have been using infrared saunas for over a year and paying $15-$20 per session. My Hotworx membership is a deal as I can get as much infrared sauna as I want while working out! Visiting from out of state and used this location- clean and well maintained.

1.) I like the concept of infrared heat to help amplify the body’s detox process. However, it was counter productive since they don’t have a no perfume/cologne policy for customers. I’m highly sensitive to toxic synthetic perfumes, and being in a sauna with someone perfume was torture. I appreciate they use “non toxic” cleaning products- but why not encourage customers to practice what they are promoting?

2.) I got there 15 minutes early and because they only had one person working, I was 5 minutes late to the workout due to not being able to be helped in a reasonable timeframe. Need more staff.

I am in LOVE with HOTWORX!!! The staff is incredible and the manager is amazing! The workouts are great and you have access to the building 24 hours a day so you can literally go whenever! They run every 45 min which I love so I can stop in whenever I get a chance. You feel amazing after and you feel accomplished because you are SWEATY! For sure check them out!

The workouts are great! I love exercising in infrared heat! The HIIT workouts are my favorites, but it's nice to have so many options of Isometric classes available as well. The staff is exceptional and the facility is nice and well maintained. I recommend joining as a 2019 New Year's Resolution!

I agree with everything Emily Ashley says except I’d like to add HotWorx has fees fEes fees fees FEES fEES FEes. If you don't give them access to 2 different credit cards/bank accounts it’s an additional $5 a month.

The place is already looking rundown (seats on bikes torn, wood in saunas falling off, smelly saunas, machines or saunas often out of service).

The biggest issue is their contract and its trickery. You have a sign in fee $99 plus you must commit to 3 months. Be warned they will talk in circles until you get them to admit that they won’t let you out of contract until you’ve been paying for five months. This is NOT what the contract states. Can’t wait until they get their foot off my neck.

Best workout ever! If you are looking to detox, tone up and work out without having to take an hour and a half out of your day to work out, this place is it. They are open 24/7 for their members. The staff keeps the studio very clean and always are welcoming when I come into the studio. It really feels like a family when I am there. Now onto the price, I can not believe I am able to get such an awesome work out and it be so affordable. When you sign up, the staff goes through everything you need to know when it comes to your membership, how the facility works and what to expect. They are also extremely welcoming when I am in need of assistance or have questions. I just could not say more good things about the work out studio and I am so thankful for them. It has genuinely changed my life.
