My husband and I have been members of Hotworx-Fate since January and we absolutely love it! It’s legit more work in less time and we feel so accomplished after each workout. You can make it as hard or easy and your prefer. The classes change periodically to keep things fresh but there’s always my favorite classes that I tend to do more frequently. I love that there’s the weight room in the back (that hardly is used, in my opinion) so it’s nice to be able to jump back there and get a lift in when I want to change things up. The sauna and infrared are so beneficial that sometimes I just come in to sit in the heat. Again, you make it what you want. Couldn’t recommend Hotworx enough to anyone of any fitness level.

The reason I signed up for Hotworx in the beginning was because I had major back surgery and it was going to be good on my joints to strengthen up little muscles. I did enjoy it at the very beginning, but as I got stronger, I got really bored with the same videos because I could only go out at a certain time. Some of the videos are still the same and I’ve been there for a couple months now and would go 4-6 times a week.

If you sign up for Hotworx, be aware for all of the confusion. I’ve been told you have to cancel a couple months in advance, which I think is no longer applicable. I went in to cancel my membership and they said I could cancel in June because that was six months, but it wasn’t confidently said. So I asked a different worker and she said that your first month at Hotworx does not count towards my six month contract. That does not make sense to me whatsoever. you charged me for seven months on my card but only say that I’m there for six months. So now I have to be there until minimum of July before I can even cancel which I am honestly pissed about.

The hours also really suck to talk to anybody there because it’s right in the middle of the day when people are working or busy at home with kids.

I've been working out here since they opened in 2023. I like that I can adjust the temp in the sauna room, some days 125, other days cooler or warmer. Some days I can do every single move and other days, I'm sitting down on my mat and just stretching and listening to a podcast. It's a very flexible workout that can be adjusted. All the different classes keep me from getting bored! The studio is always clean and the front desk staff is friendly. You will see them folding towels, vacuum-sweeping, and mopping the floor. Maddie L. Is especially helpful and always greets me with a warm smile! Come visit, ask for Maddie, and try a class!!

I have completed almost 100 workouts here in the last 3 months. And let me say, I have not gotten tired of HOTWORX. The staff is friendly, the building is clean and well maintained. I like the repetition of videos throughout the month so you can see your progress all while having new videos sprinkled in to challenge yourself with something different. It’s a constant cycle of doing something new, improvement, and repeat.

I joined HOTWORX Fate on January 1st this year. I absolutely love it and I’m still going regularly every week. The workouts are amazing, I feel stronger and with more stamina. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the venue is kept clean and organized. I highly recommend them!!

Loved working out here this summer!! The facilities are always clean and I love the hot sauna workout rooms. Everything always feels so secure and the staff is always ready to greet you/communicate with you. Their cancellation policy is fair in my eyes and they offer alternatives such as upgrading your membership for moving away to college or freezing your account! I’ll definitely come back again next summer.

Beware if you want to cancel your GYM membership you have to give a SIXTY day notice like it’s an apartment complex. What’s worse is that you can ONLY do it in person, with the manager who works odd hours and is NEVER at the studio when we call.

It’s 2024 it’s absurd to have to call off work (she doesn’t work weekends and the odd hours she works are between 9-5) to drive here to cancel a gym membership. That’s what’s the internet is for we should be able to click a button to give notice.

I’m actually going to the BBB to report them for shady practices as it seems they are hoping to continue billing you by making it impossible to cancel. Ridiculous.
