I had a great experience during my trial Hot Yoga session! I think I sweat out toxins from 2019. Phew! Love the variety of classes offered and the availability of free weights. I also really like the HotWorx uses an app for booking classes, especially because you can see if a certain sauna is already booked. I prefer to be in any sauna by myself (unless I’m with a friend), so this is the perfect feature for me!

The combination of heat, infrared and exercise all in one spacious sauna makes for an excellent workout session. You come out soaked after every time and knowing you’ve just started your day by expelling all those toxins feels so rewarding! Each sauna has instructional videos playing on a 24hr loop so you can schedule your sauna/workout session using the mobile app 24hrs a day. They even have stationary cycle machines and rowing machines inside the saunas for a truly challenging workout. For those of you that enjoy lifting weights, this location has a home gym with all the configurations you would want. Working out at Hotworx is a game changer and has been way more beneficial than your traditional gym membership establishments.

I'd give this location negative stars if that were an option. I was relocated for work across the country and I walked into the location to sign the waiver to discontinue service. I was not provided a receipt of any kind (lesson learned). They continued to charge me for 14 months ($826). I called several times and finally spoke with a sweet younger lady who ended up being the middle man between me and the owner. The owner used this poor girl to deliver difficult messages like a coward. The poor girl apologized repeatedly for my experience but her hands were tied. I spoke with the Franchise Team, and they assured me they would help with resolution, but nope this greedy owner flipped me the virtual bird. When I said I'd complain to BBB, they didn't care because they aren't registered with them. Anyhoo, get your work out on, and ask for receipts because they'll take your money like a greedy raccoon on a shiny object.

If you don’t fit the mold, blonde, fair skin then you won’t be treated the same. Horrible experience with the owner. Instead of making sure customers who are paying 60 dollars a month be treated equally, she instead chose to push out customers who pay her bills. I’d rather drive farther to go to another Hotworx then deal with a business like this. That’s what’s great I can choose to take my money somewhere else!!

Love the infra red and investing in an infra red sauna from the same manufacture, close to the same size. Unfortunately, this experience was too much of a clique for my liking and after months of asking to cancel the membership in writing and verbally, was told it couldn't be done unless you go into the facility and SIGN The Document, which was not feasible to do (5 months worth) even as recent as of last week via Text (I have all the text requests).. Today, paid the 2 months in advance and didn't have to sign anything. I did Leave and then thought What the Heck, I went back to make Sure no additional funds were not going to be withdrawn from any of my accounts (I rotate between a few for business reasons) and had to ASK to SIGN the computer generated document and I was told that it hadn't been necessary to do in Months. Alrighty then...... Make it a great day everyone!!

I love it! I have had back pain for 3 years and have not been able to exercise as often as I would like. I have been able to increase my workouts to at least 4 times a week and I have reduced my back pain significantly!!! The heat has given me my flexibility back and using the rollers has decreased my recovery time and reduced my pain ❤️ It has also helped with the sleep at night. All win win win! Luci

I love Hotworx in Flower Mound. Combining isometric and HIIT exercises with infrared heat is one of the best workouts I’ve ever done. Perfect if you want to see changes in flexibility, endurance, muscle tone, and massive calorie burn in a short amount of time. The variety of 15-30 min classes and 24 hr access, make it convenient for anybody’s schedule. Jared, Lindsay, and staff are super helpful and keep the gym in a good, clean condition.

I have finally found the best workout possible! Hotworx Flower Mound is open 24/7 which allows everyone to workout. Classes range 15 to 30 minutes and burns the same calories as the hour workouts without all the pounding on the body.The owners and their staff are so friendly and passionate at helping people achieve their goals. I love Hotworx! I like that they have classes 24 hrs, so I can go when it is convent for me and my schedule. The reservation app is easy to use and I can reserve my spots ahead of time. The staff is super friendly and keep the gym clean. The workouts are great. It was hard at first to workout in the heat but now I love it!! I highly recommend it. Especially if you want a hard core, quick workout!
