This gym is a hidden gem in Flower Mound. It is truly a luxurious experience. It is my facial, therapy and workout in one. The facility is meticulously cleaned and cared for. Employees and members are courteous and inclusive. I’ve personally witnessed many benefits from the infrared heat included in my workouts. Years of neck and back pain are completely resolved within 2 weeks of consistent workouts. So flexible that even 15 minutes is long enough to reap significant benefits. I’m a Hotworx enthusiast for life!

First time coming to this location. Place is clean, spacious and employees are courteous. Unfortunately there’s only one restroom and no shower. So don’t plan on working out during lunch break or if you have to go somewhere afterwards.

I have been working out at HOTWORX since 2019 and I absolutely LOVE everything about it. It helps with my arthritis.- As long as I work

Buyer beware! Bait and Switch Scheme!

I participated in a free class at Flower Mound North on Sunday.

At the time that I participated in the free class, I was advised as follows:
1) at the time of enrollment, I would have to pay a $150 membership fee; however, a mat ($49) and a towel ($49) would be included with the membership fee; and 2) I could cancel at any time with 60 days advance notice.

That evening I decided that I would sign up for a membership online so that I could hit the gym Monday morning. Unfortunately, at the time that I enrolled, I was not given immediate access to the facility. On Monday morning, I called. The phone went straight to voicemail with no ability to receive messages. I attempted to call several times on Monday and Tuesday with no response. I followed up with an email. On Wednesday, I finally received a response with limited availability to visit the facility to obtain my code.

On Thursday, I went to visit during "staffed hours". Once again, no one was present. I called. I couldn't leave a message. On a whim, I contacted Flower Mound North. They advised that a staff member would be arriving at 430pm (5.5 hours after the posted staffed hours).

I arrived that afternoon, submitted my waivers, etc. and mentally prepared to move on from the negative experience. At this time, I was advised 1)
that I couldn't cancel my membership until after 90 days; and 2) that I needed to pay an additional $50.00 for my mat and towel.

I advised of the previous representations/issues and requested that I speak to a manager. The manager advised that "there was nothing she could do about it" and that all of the previous issues "were not their fault".

At this time, I requested to cancel my membership. I was advised that I could cancel my membership and they would "graciously" waive the $99.00 cancelation fee. I inquired as to the $150.00 membership fee and I was advised that the fee was nonrefundable.

This entire experience has been a waste of time and money. I hoped that a company designed to promote wellness and health would care more about their clients. Clearly that is not the case.

I share this experience in an effort to prevent this company from misleading others in the future.

It’s 24by7 once you join. I decided to switch as I felt it was a safer, cleaner workout in light of covid. The hot yoga rooms with dozens of people in the gyms or yoga classes worried me a bit. HOTWORX fit the bill for what I need at a reasonable price.

I joined HOTWORX in May 2019. It is the best decision I made. I get to go and WORKOUT and DETOX all at the same time. The workout are amazing. Everytime I do a workout, I think this is my FAVORITE. I am 56 years old and I have arthritis in my wrist and since I have been working out at HOTWORX, it has not bother me. I see all ages at HOTWORX. Age does not matter. THIS IS THE PLACE TO WORKOUT AND RECOVER ALL AT THE SAME TIME. Where else can you go for 45 minutes and then burn upto the same amount of calories in the next hour after you finish working. I highly recommend HOTWORX!

Loved the classes here but the women who work here aren't exactly very welcoming or nice. The lady that signed me up (Lisa) was trying to rush me as fast as she could, at the end of the tour she asked "Do you have anymore questions because I have a call to make" I answered no and heard he calling another prospect trying to get them signed up. I'm not going up there to make best friends but it would be nice if the staff was more welcoming. Everyone I talk to just seems "bothered" when I try to talk to them. The classes are AMAZING though, I'm staying strictly because of the classes!
